Great loose meat and chicken salad sandwiches. They have a nice process for the drive thru to keep the line moving while the inside is closed.

Always great eat here every time I'm back home. Drive 800 miles for the cheese rite and I see my mom while I'm there lol

I was introduced to Maid-Rite around 1999. Despite living several hours away I’ve always made the drive to support this location at least a couple of times a year. The changes made since Covid have destroyed this experience for me. It’s no where close to the same and it’s continually gotten worse. My family went this past weekend and waited 45 minutes in line. The Maid-Rites barely had any meat on them and the buns were hard & stale. I had intended on making these visits a tradition I would introduce my nearly 2 year old son to. Sadly, I don’t intend on returning until indoor dining is resumed. We’ve been there a couple of times prior during this pandemic. It appears as though the restaurant is investing in even more covid restrictive measures than at the start of the pandemic.
I can’t believe I’m saying this, but the Maid-Rite in Piqua is currently much better.

This place is a classic. Sandwiches and malts are so good! I have a small appetite and always get 2 sandwiches. They’ve improved their drive-thru layout/efficiency in recent years.

I may be in the minority, as I don’t see the allure of these sandwiches. They are okay. As long as others like them more power to them.

Not for everyone but I like it. Loose meat sandwiches are good. I can eat about 3 or 4 at a time. Milk shakes are good. There is almost always a wait for the drive thru

I went there because I was asked to pick up hamburgers for a band playing in Greenville on Saturday. I had a little trouble finding the place, even using a GPS, due it being dark and the roundabout. I am not familiar with that part of Greenville. We got there at exactly 6: 00, like we were supposed to. Once we got there, we then got to the VFW. The band did love the hamburgers.

I have to drive 45 minutes to get there and 45 minutes to get home but I love the food enough that I have to make the trip!

Really wish they had dine in. Can't even get a beer in the drive-thru. Haha Love made right drove over an hour to get one.

Food was good.giving grace to the employee @ the drive thru window. He came across either rude, or autistic. It was my first time there, and I didn't see a menu, or know their normal ordering process, etc. When I asked a question the response could be interpreted as rude/condescending or a response from a highly functional autistic 18+ young man.
I choose grace.

Best loose meat sandwich I've found and the milk shakes are so thick. Plus u can stick your gum on the outside of the building ‍️

Oh dear heavens those maid rite sandwiches are to die for. The only place I've found the sandwiches they sell and they are delicious! Now each time I visit Greenville Ohio I have to make a pit stop at maid rite!

As of Sept 2021, they have two drive thru lanes only, where you can place your order then wait for food before parking and eating outside. Really good loose meat sandwiches, nice shady, covered picnic-style tables, and limited hard surface parking for motorcycles.

Something to brag about. Growing up in this area, I have eaten here since I was young. They were even featured on Food Network once. A must go if you've never been! So simple yet so amazing!

Amazing place. The way they handled the service at the height of COVID-19.ought to be a standard for all drive thru / restaurants throughout the US. CLASSIC place. Great food and service.
