Maid to Satisfy Cleaning Service, Canton OH

I was satisfied with the job these 3 pleasant people did except at the end, I had to ask them to vacuum the upholstered furniture which had not been done for some reason.

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner Anthony, is all in all a terrible human being who has no respect for women let alone another breathing person. Not only do almost all employees complain about their job to coworkers but to customers as well, I only bring this up because I was told me saying The job is not what I expected it to be, was complaining about the job in front of other employees! I worked with this company for 2 weeks, decided I didn’t like it for MANY reasons and still was professional and polite. After putting my two weeks in I was informed i am being let go simply so He didn’t have to pay me the agreed wage. When confronted he said “I can pay you what I want” simply because I said I didn’t like the job! I put a two weeks notice in and simply said it was not my cup of tea. They do not pay for the hours scheduled! Office staff determines hours off of paperwork! Terrible company to work for! Of course I cannot stop any of you from applying but if I save one person from this awful excuse for a company, it will be worth it. Ladies of the office staff were all pleasant and helpful but Anthony, the Owner has no regard for other people’s lives including his own employees.

The staff was very friendly and thorough. They did an excellent job and I will continue to use them for my home cleaning needs.

I gave three stars because, yes my house was clean but I didn't feel like I would have noticed a difference if I came home not knowing it had been professionally cleaned. I don't know if that makes sense or not. There were certain things like the mirrors in the bathrooms and the appliances that looked better than they did before but I didn't feel like the floors really looked very clean and that is what I wanted them to focus on. I felt like they just kind of sprayed the surfaces and wiped them down I barely even heard water running while they were cleaning. I did sign up to use them again and I'm going to specify a deeper floor cleaning and we'll see how that goe The workers were very professional and nice and walked through my house with me before & after just to be sure that I was OK with everything. I was a little bit shy about speaking my mind but I think that Be more specific about what I want next time they come.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. They did an amazing job and the payment process was simple. It was a pleasure doing business with them

After they came in and showed them what needed cleaned and vacuumed they got started. As I watched my program they were so quiet I thought left.
When they did finish everything sparkled and smelled cleaned

Courteous, and I'm so thankful that they aim for Customer Satisfaction. They do a great job! It's not the easiest job they do. I would give 5 stars but 2 tasks were forgotten.

They cleaned the walls and ceilings to prepare to paint. I wanted the grease and nicotine stains removed. They did a nice job. No extra effort to remove the yellow stains with product. But did clean

This was a terrible experience. Couple points: they moved chair n stool from master bathroom to mop floor never put the items back. Put rugs down on a wet floor and I almost fell as I walked into the bathroom. Never cleaned any of the built in soap shelves in shower. Missed several feet of baseboard in half bathroom. Terrible. The two women were nice, but the quality of service was not acceptable at all.

We ended up signing a contract with them because the cleaning was well-done and the process of discussing what to clean and how was detail-oriented and followed well by the staff. Very polite and helpful. Very responsive to specific requests.

The ladies are always professional, nice and thorough. Are always pleasant and happy to do specific things that we ask. Overall I am very happy with the service

The teams were very proffesional and trustworthy. They were comfortable being in my home. They come in and "get it done, lol! "

Very courteous and conscientious. Did a very good job. Followed all the instructions given prior to the cleaning. Would recommend.

They did a great job, we have 3 dogs and a Persian, and when they were finished no one would ever guess we had so many pets. The house looked and smelled great. Thanks for a wonderful job you did.

Overall, good quality. The Team, Lauren & Courtney, were professional, super easy to work with, I mentioned something off handly
and Lauren actually went the extra mile to do it! It was very appreciated!
The only disappointment was picture frames had not been dusted, didn't know I needed to specify that to be done and the master bathroom mirror (large) half of it was very streaked.
Yes I did a quick way through with the Team when they were done but at the time did not do "white glove" test on the furniture or pictures and I missed noticing the streaked mirror.
Also I had pointed out dusting was needed on the chairs at counter and 4 of the 5 got dusted.
My ONLY reason for NOT scheduling bi-weekly on going cleaning is there was a discrepancy in pricing of what I was told on the phone and what I was told on day of cleaning. I EXPECTED the Office to contact me and other than "taking a survey" there's been no communication. Finally, no other company requires a contract OR charges for a short notice cancelation.

Two came to assist my wife and I help a friend get their house caught back up from being overwhelmed. Deep cleaning and huge transformation. Looked amazing when done. They were very organized and worked hard.
