Avoid! This place is a joke. Horrible customer service, dirty, and extremely overpriced! Do yourself a favor and go to Top Golf or Liberty Center to spend your money. I will never go back

Everything is bright, shinny and new. The place is nice. I arrived at 11am and wanted to play some pool. There was no wait. Cost was a bit high, $6.45 per half hour of play. Keep in mind that the clock starts when they swipe you card. So not this is the cost for off peak times. During peak time the price jump by roughly $2.
I was given a very new set of balls but no chalk. Tables were clean. Sticks were straight, tips needed scuffed.

Over good experience but cost to much. I'll find a hole in the wall bar with a coin slot table.

I will say that I feel like this place is trying to hide the prices. I looked at the website and no prices are listed. Its was frustrating to go or call to understand cost.

Went there for the first time. Waited a while to see a waiter then when we did, they took our drink order and we still waited another 5 to 7 minutes for those. When we ordered alcoholic drinks, it took even longer to receive. Finally put in our food order and that took some time. They never refilled our drinks and there was no one around to flag down. The waitress had a new girl shadowing her and I feel bad for that new girl because she's being taught what NOT to do. I've been a waitress myself so I know the struggle. We couldn't pay at the tables because the little machine had a different tables order on it. They never apologized for the wait or said "have a nice night". There was no customer service at all. I'll just stick to Dave and Busters next time. It's way more organized there.

Ordered food never got it, reordered supposedly, waited another 20min asked again and they had for got.needless to say don't go here for the food

It is hard for me to give any business lower than 2 stars but at Main Event I would give it 0 stars if I could. This was the first time ever here so we were excited as we had our nephew with us for the evening. We started with a 20 minute wait for a server because you can't use the kiosk to order the combo meal to get the game card and food. Next, I was greeted rudely by front desk employees when trying to figure out who was waiting on our table. Once finally ordered, the steak was prepared rare (didn't order it like that and when I say rare I mean rare), wrong salad dressing, no waitress/supervisor in sight for a long period of time to let them know. Then, I walked food across restaurant to managers I saw. One manager greeted me then walked away as I was talking. Thankfully other manager took my plate right away. Food was prepared over cooked this time with wrong salad dressing yet again on different salad. Finished my food and then another cooked meal was brought out as my reorder so I nicely explained that I already received my reorder. We then waited 20 minutes for the check to come as we were unable to pay through the kiosk (later found out we had a different tables kiosk at our table). Finally, had to ask a server cleaning tables to get our waitress/supervisor to pay for our meal. Lastly, we received a game card from combo meal with no funds on it. To say the least we were livid after leaving this establishment. Hope everyone else has better luck than we did there.

There's billiards, glow in the dark bowling, ropes course, shuffle board, laser tag, arcades to earn tickets for prizes, restaurant! Family fun.

Our annual family (x2) “Last Day of Summer Fun” trip this year. Kids and adults had a blast. We def will return for some more fun!

This is an arcade. They've got air hockey and bowling and laser tag. They've got regular driving arcade games and shooting arcade games. They have basketball-shooting games and football-throwing games. There also got games that originated on cellphones, like Doodle Jump and Angry Birds. The games are paid for using prepaid cards that get loaded at the front desk. Each game let's you earn tickets, which are also stored on the prepaid card. You can use the tickets to get stuff at their gift shop.
There also an attached pizza place.

Husband and I had a great date night. Games were fun and so was bowling. Food was great too. Worth our 49 minute drive.

Had a birthday party there. The staff rushes the kids on everything. They insisted on cutting our cake and they mutilated it. Told the kids they only had 7 minutes to eat their cake. Staff very rude! Will never go back there!

A bit pricey & the unlimited game cards shoildnt have limits on how many times u can play a game. Wasnt impressed w/food either

Certain days of the week for $18.95 you can have unlimited fun on the Rope course, laser tag and bowling. The drinks were high, was $3.25 glass. Laser tag was super cool. It was two floors and they randomly pick you for what color team you're going to be on once you have your vest on. The arcade games with extremely high. If you have small children under 5 it's really not much they can do they're too short for the Rope course and they're too short for laser tag they only can do bowling and the arcade games. So once my grandson was done with the arcade games it was nothing for him to do since the big kids was doing everything else.

I am very discontented with my service at Main Event last night. I went there with friends and family for my birthday and we stayed in the dining room for 3 hours. The food kept getting messed up. None of the drinks had ice in them, though we only requested 1 with no ice. The orders kept getting messed up. They kept forgetting stuff. It took the waitress a really long time to come back. I only got 1 refill the whole 3 hours. I asked for ranch and after an hour i had to go find the waitress to get it. Plates and trash stayed on the table for over an hour. No one had come back to get it. It was just a displeasing experience and i don’t recommend it to anyone trying to have a good time. PERIOD.

Very nice entertainment place for the whole family. They have good deals when you sign up with email address but games are a bit pricey.

Great variety of games. Very friendly and helpful staff. A little pricey on the arcade games. Also wish they would let you pay the difference for an item in the prize shop. Otherwise a good, clean fun place for the whole family.

Can be a little pricey depending on when you go, but they have plenty of specials that are good deals. They have some of the nicest bowling lanes in the area, and the food is pretty good.

Great place to spend an evening. We lucked out and got there when it wasn't too crowded and had lots of fun

About $55 for family of 4 to bowl 1 hr with shoe rental. Only able to bowl 1 1/2 games because there were too many kids dancing in our lane and there is no common courtesy. Dissapointed.

Very cool spot for a family night out. They have bowling, arcade games, pool tables, and more! The food is awesome, drink prices are fair, the only thing that could improve in my opinion is the promptness of the staff in the bowling area. Other than that this place is a great place to take the family.
