I’m a first time home buyer and I was very nervous jumping through all the hoops that were included in buying a home. I was recommended to Majestic inspections through word of mouth and I couldn’t of been more pleased. Not only their price was reasonable but the owner was very thorough and straight up with me, he made it a very easy step in my process. He came on my time and his personality was outstanding! To anyone looking for an inspector this is your guy! Even months after the inspection I needed a letter from him for insurance purposes and by the time I gave him a call he had the letter to me within the hour. Outstanding customer service!

I can’t say enough good things about Kevin. He was very quick to respond and thorough in his home inspection. I had my inspection report the very next day which was fantastic. He communicated through the entire inspection and let me know his concerns for the home. He was an absolute delight to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

Kevin was absolutely amazing! I initially reached out to Majestic a little bit after normal business hours, but Kevin still immediately responded, and was able to schedule an inspection very quickly. Not only did he explain everything to me while he was inspecting the house, but he also wrote a very detailed and informative report, even including a video in some parts, which I felt was a nice touch. Even after the inspection he quickly responded to a couple follow up questions I had. Kevin's customer service, responsiveness and thoroughness was top notch. 15/10 Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Despite his busy schedule, Kevin was very flexible in working with us, which I greatly appreciated. Our sellers caught COVID, so we had to cancel our inspection, but Kevin was able to get in the first day that we had the all clear, keeping everything on track for our on-time closing. He was professional, patient, and answered all of our questions. We really appreciated his expertise.

Kevin is the man you want inspecting the home you fell in love with. He did an amazing job on our potential home. He got into the roof and every tiny space the home had. He was thorough, effecient, and friendly. Was happy to have us in the entire inspection and answered all questions. He is a hard worker and knows the business well. We had him inspect a home in the 1960s. He does your general inspection, offers radon, looks for WDI, used thermal and moisture monitors. The report was back in less than 1 day and it was easy to read and neat. Thanks for your expertise and quality work.

We were very nervous first-time homebuyers who'd just had to back out of a different house due to all the issues it had. It was a heartbreaking experience for us. We decided to try to find a more experienced inspector for the second house we offered on, and landed on Majestic Inspections.

Kevin's inspection was fantastic. We could tell he really knew his stuff. He was very patient when explaining to us which issues were going to "sound" worse than they are on the inspection report. Knowing which issues were cosmetic vs.which issues were likely to cause structural damage to the house if not corrected was so helpful when it came time to discuss the repairs we should ask for with our realtor. It was also incredibly helpful to know which issues need to be fixed soon vs.which we should plan on addressing in the next few years. Kevin also remained available through email & text after the inspection for any further questions we had.

Long story short, we're closing on house #2 next week, and it's thanks to Majestic Inspections that we can do so while feeling confident that we're buying a well-maintained home that is unlikely to fall down around our ears.

Not only did he do a completely thorough job but he did not lose focus while I followed him around and asked questions throughout the entire process.
