Stop in for tires. The short round parts guy with glasses was rude. The owner has little dog syndrome. WAY OVERPRICED

Good people there went in told them the part I needed only took 5 mins good service and I bought a trailer there 10 years ago and still am using it to this day!

Friendly and helpful staff. Didnt have exact part for my boat trailer but found a creative solution.

I stopped in for some brake parts. Found the parts I needed and labeled $26.99 a piece and I needed two. Go up to sales person who seemed inconvenienced by my trying to buy them. I then proceed to cashier (who was very friendly) and they tell me the total is $84 dollars and some change. The total should have been just over $55.when I bring it to their attention they say there was a price change and the new total stands. I denied the parts since they wouldn’t honor the price that was clearly labeled on the parts. I usually try to shop local but i will be buying my parts elsewhere and the new trailer I was planning to buy I for sure will be going elsewhere. I felt my money was not welcomed there and zero cares given towards keeping customers.

Fast, friendly, expert service and installation. They have your towing needs covered. I love it when a place does what they promise, when they promise, and don't gouge you for doing it. Why is that so uncommon these days?

Great people, sound product. They were able to source a hitch that I needed next day, the 11 other stores that i tried in the area said no one could do it in less than 4 days.

My trailer door skin came off while traveling through the state and I had to stop several times to perform a NASCAR style duct tape repair to keep the skin from blowing off. Chad and Andy took great care of me and made the necessary repairs to the door so I could be on my way. Fantastic service, friendly people. I can recommend this company without hesitation!

Picked up a trailer here for work. Very nice staff to work with. Large selection of trailers accessories. They did a good job with our custom requests.

Bought a new trailer from these guys and I've had nothing but problems out of the lights. They stop workin after one or two trips. I take it back to them and they change bulbs and wiggle the ground wires and tomorrow they don't work. Sales staff cares more than the service dept does. If you have a problem with your new trailer talk to your salesperson they will make it right.

I always receive service that exceeds my expectations. Professional treatment every time i come here.

This place has every kind of trailer you looking for enclosed trailer flatbed trailers small trailers big trailers only thing they didn't have was the tires I was looking for what they could order everybody can order them I thought they would have them but they didn't after all these were trailer tires I was purchasing have a lots of different sizes just not the ones I needed but to be honest if you're looking for a trailer this is definitely the place to go they also do some minor repairs as well

This is the place to go for anything you need for your trailer! They have it all, but it's not cheap.

We came to get our trailor fixed and they said it would be a 2 hour fix we arrived at 9: 45 am and didnt leave till after 6: 15 pm, an 8 and a half hour wait for what they claimed would only take 2 hours at most. The staff was nice and seemed to be caring but as we were going to leave one of their employees even stated that the trailor wouldn't make the trip we just payed over 700$ to fix and 8 and a half hours of waiting.

Edit: They also lied and said they gave a military discount but upon reviewing the receipt THEY LIED ABOUT GIVING A MILITARY DISCOUNT.imagine charging that much and waisting 8 plus hours of someones time to then cheap them out of a military discount after you served for 25+ years. Absolutely disgusting.

Awesome sales and service staff. We bought two new trailers for our business. One was a custom order and one off the lot when we came to pick up the special order because we were so happy with it. They take the time to make sure you get exactly what you want at a reasonable price. Owner is very personable as well.

This is the place for trailers and parts. They took the time to show me how to prepare a safe moving. It is a very large facility off 224 going into Springfield.

A solid 4 star rating. Whenever I need trailer parts they are the local go to. Not really competitive in pricing compared to Amazon however knowledge is key and their staff is full of it.

Very rude. When i came in i was the only one there and the staff continued talk among themselves. Prices are very high.
