Mallard Lakes Townhomes reviews
15Zach was absolutely terrific! Highly suggest talking to him as he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made it easy for us to want to apply.
Zach was very friendly and easy to work with! He answered every question we could possibly have. Very thoughtful and efficient, didn’t waste our time! The community also seems very quiet and relaxed. We’ve applied and can’t wait to move in!
Zach has been an excellent resource and very accommodating during our time at Mallard Lakes! One of the best leasing agents!
Zach is AMAZING! So helpful, nice, world class customer service! Such a pleasure speaking/working with him! He will definitely brighten your day!
I can't help but share this experience.
I was recently given a tour of Mallard Lakes Townhomes the grounds and their 2 bed 2.5 bath 2 car garage model.
I went in absolutely against moving there thinking we were all wasting our time. I was sold by the immaculate property, how beautifully clean the model was and the incredible experience we had with our tour guide Zach. He answered all of my questions and concerns, I truly felt like he was concerned with my comfort of where I would be living and not concerned with just filling vacancies. You don't receive that kind of customer care rather than customer service these days.
After months of trying to find a suitable apartment and the experiences I've had with other apartment managers and their facilities I felt the need to make sure to note this spectacular experience. I'm not sure if it will be close enough to my work still but after this interaction it might just be worth the extra 20 minute drive to feel like I'm at home and like my concerns matter.
Recently took a tour of this community and have to say that i loved the 2 bed 2 1/2 bath townhouses. Zack from the office showed me around and did a fantastic job at answering all my questions. Seems like a community well worth living in, close to everything and the highway is quick to access for work as well, and is on my final list for places to consider moving my family to, all because of the service i was shown and the townhouse itself
Beautiful townhomes! Nice size for me and my 3 sons, I love the amenities and the community and the school district
I currently live at Mallard Lakes and absolutely love my townhome. The only complaint I have thus far is communication about the pool. This makes the second time I have gone down to the pool and it’s not open. If it’s not going to be open for the day an email needs to be sent to the residents. We pay for this pool and expect to be able to use it when weather is permitting. Weekends are the only time I can get to the pool so when it’s not open it’s very disappointing. Better communication is a must!
I love the townhomes. Brittany was fantastic she was a great help! I plan on moving in July 28th
Placed a deposit on an available unit in which i had ~2 weeks to move in, and was vacant at least a week prior (somewhere around 3-4wk of no one physically living in the unit, maybe more). Upon first arrival there was a ton of issues that still weren't addressed even though they wanted it rented ASAP, luckily they were addressed before i actually moved in (mostly). On my physical move-in date the floors were dirty and not cleaned, with small paint splatters and dust, sink with stains, a dirty bathtub and floors with the same paint/dust as the main living room, and a leaking tub faucet (which fixed itself after using it a few times). Windows and Window seals were all very dirty and not cleaned even after my initial visit before physically moving in
The unit has brand new outlet socket covers which are too thick to hold in any wall plug, so they have to be removed to use the outlets. There is no internet connection to my specific unit, even though it is wired for COAX (not ethernet, which is VERY weird.) there is no actual outside COAX connection so there is no way to connect to the internet (Spectrum, which has a month long ETA to run a 2ft line to the main.)
Dont expect to get any quiet sleep as the windows are so very thin and allow so much noise in they sound as if they were open. The walls are incredibly thin and any noise made by neighbors is easily heard (even worse if you are in a middle unit since both walls of both bedrooms will be against either neighbor wall).
The kitchen has brand new appliances which is actually really nice! There is no pantry so expect to need to purchase additional shelving for non-cold food items. Kitchen size is overall very small, and could use some additional counter space (in my opinion).
I wish i knew about these issues before locking in a contract, this is just my initial first week review and will be updated accordingly if any changes come.
Stu and Brian are absolutely the best there is. They are always friendly, helpful, and consistently go above and beyond. They make living at Mallard Lakes that much better.
From the time I started my work order it on my took less than a hour my order was complete. The maintenance crew here are so nice and professional I always in joy talking with them. I really appreciate the Mallard Lake office and just the whole staff!
We were not home but Stu took care of the problem. Stu and Brian are always helpful and friendly.
Just signed a lease for a place @ Mallard Lakes! I was truly on the fence about renting with Mallard Lakes just out of my own anxiety based on bad experiences we have had at so many other places we looked at previously. But after working with Kim, we knew we came to the right place, finally. Kim was very professional and kind. She was informative and made sure she went over every detail with us. This was the best experience we had from about 6-8 other places and she was training another wonderful lady without skipping a beat. We are very excited to call Mallard Lakes our home! Thank you Kim for the wonderful experience!
The maintenance team are always knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Thank you for that.
