Malley's Chocolates, Mentor OH

Very nice people. Well laid out selection of stock. Prices are clear. It was a bit busy when I was there last time, they put more people on register to help with the rush.

Spoke to a person at the main office. She heard my concerns and addressed them and made me feel heard and like I matter.

Went there on August 2,2022. Had a perfect answer for a great day. We were going to have hot fudge sundaes. A group of older women were going in when we were pulling in the parking spot. Another words they were not even sitting yet. As we pulled in the front counter employee came running to lock the door and had a smirk on his face as he turned the lock and looked at us. It was beyond frustrating and rude. We are not looking to be disrespected for no good reason. He was so into his power trip not thinking of who was losing out or who he was hurting. The store and the server was losing money and the company. He works the front counter therefore the register couldn't be counted until the other people were done. We knew what we wanted and wouldn't have been taking any more time up than the people that just walked in. We are done with places that let their employees give very memorable bad service. Every customer that stops in and spends money is why the company can exist. Turn someone away the way you have is a good way to keep us from coming back. Your employees represent the company. You are not the only ice cream shop or even the only chocolate store.

An Ohio staple. Came by for Sweetest Day treats and was not disappointed. Sugar-free options were delish for my diabetic mom.

Always such a clean tidy place with such helpful employees and delicious treats! We love malleys!

Saw the "Buckeyes" on the food channel. Went there for the candy, stayed for the ice cream! Great service.

I have gone in here 10 times in the past few months just to buy a jar of their hot fudge and they never have any. VERY FRUSTRATING

Absolutely delicious chocolates and ice cream. Super friendly and helpful employees. We love the milk chocolate pretzel bars, the Billy Bob's, and the maple nut fudge. High quality products, and top notch service.

Best chocolate ever! I stop there every time I visit from Florida. I also order from their website if I won't be in the area.
