Malley's Chocolates, Strongsville OH

The Strongsville location has some of the nastiest employees I've ever encountered. Prices have sky-rocketed to an obscene level.

My family all agree that Malley's Chocolates is some of the best we've ever had. We would even rank it above Anthony Thomas in Columbus-and that's really saying something! I love walking into this store because it always smells heavenly and you're sure to receive a warm greeting from whoever is behind the counter. Our chocolatier is usually Dee Jones, and she is a lovely woman-always so friendly and helpful (without ever being pushy). We go to Strongsville preferentially because while the chocolate is the same, the service is superior to any Malley's in this area (excepting the ice cream combo shop in North Olmstead who are also just amazing).

Decent chocolate that's a bit expensive.

My family has made it a tradition to seek out candy stores during our travels. We came here looking for buckeyes, which I learned about years ago during a trip to Columbus. We left with much more.

Everything we got was delicious. My only complaint are the prices are a little high.

Heavy set cashier needs to learn customer service skills. Very unfriendly, almost antagonistic. Perhaps working in the back away from customers is better suited for her

Malley's is a family staple, when it comes to chocolate! Holiday's and special occasions. We love Malley's

Nice candy store. Super clean and well organized. Lots of product available for anyone to purchase. Lots of walking space in between isles so you don’t feel like you are on top of each other. The workers were very pleasant and helped everyone out in a timely and professional manor.
