Being on the board of our community and running it ourselves for the past year and now bringing in Management Plus has been the best choice we have made! The transition and constant communication has been a great aspect. Ryann and the rest of the team has answered all of our questions and concerns promptly and follows up on everything involved in our neighborhood. MPRS is our favorite company to work for. They do a better job than other other company of preparing the community for their upcoming needs. From a contractors perspective, other management companies are very “reactive” and MPRS is very “proactive”. If you have Jen Duncan as your manager your should consider yourself lucky. You have one of the best in the business!

The reviews are so accurate. They are aweful and should be ashamed! Hope you are ready to be fined for any and everything without reason. It doesnt matter if you contest the trumped up charges.

I have called multiple times before 5 and they never answer. They also keep sending me bills saying that I have outstanding balances even though I paid them. They shouldn't say contact this number if they aren't going to answer the phone

They hire contractors contractors tear stuff up and they don't do nothing about it they should be ashamed the job they're doing

Their home owners association fee is very expensive than most condos in our area. We pay $275 a month for nothing while others pay $220 in our villages.

The owner, Kelly Smith is such a jerk. I called him with concerns about the SEWAGE backup in my basement. My neighbor had this happen last week which ruined all of the carpet in his basement all due to the roots in the landscaping. I have been requesting my landscape to be look at for TWO YEARS! Now I have sewage in my basement and this guy kept interrupting me and told me I should've discussed this with him sooner and tried to blame the board and say it's their responsibility. I've been trying for 2 years for his managers to take care of this! And was ignored. I told him to have a plumber out there by today or tomorrow and he said he can't promise that. THIS IS A HEALTH HAZARD! I have a young child in my house who does not need to be exposed to this. How hard is it to call a plumber? This should be priority! Not to mention my HOA fee has increased 3x in 2 years. WHY IS OUR BOARD PAYING THIS AWFUL COMPANY? ! They do not do their job. This company and the owner are terrible. If you're looking for a new management company, KEEP LOOKING. This one is awful!

The worst company out there. I have no grass, leaky roofs, flooding in the basement. Kelly the owner is a joke. When the storm of 2008 hit we lost our siding and needed new roofs. Siding was replaced with cheep vinyl and the roofs had been patched and not replaced.do not move to the crossings of Springdale! Run as far as you can this place has turn into cabrini green

Terrible! I have an issue with my driveway from a crane that was used to remove HOA trees. I called over a year ago numerous times on this issue. Today I received an email from the property management telling me I needed to talk to the vendor that did the work. Really? Who do they work for? The vendor or the home owners? It's time the neighborhood gets this property management out and find one that works for the people paying the HOA fees!

Reviews, speak for them so accurately. 1 star is way too generous tho. Worst management of property in 1000 square miles. Suing me for parking my truck in a visitors spot which I am permitted to park in and now trying to extort $5000.00 out of me before judgement is made in court for me to move out! They have created more than $7000.00 in legal fees for themselves over a parking spot and want me to pay it for them in order to have the title transfered. Too bad they don't work as hard making our property beautiful as they do trying to enforce their made up handbook for condo living.

Ryann is just as much a pain in the @$$. This company moved in on our neighborhood in Liberty Twnshp.and are acting like NAZI's. They will "nit pick" every little thing they see. BE CAREFUL if you have to deal with them. They will never answer their phone calls and hide when you confront them. Ryann informed me that i need to now obtain building permits to fix their dislikes. I am now PETITIONING the neighbors to HAVE THIS COMPANY REMOVED!

The worst company I have the displeasure of dealing with! Never return calls, never helpful with problems. Can't wait to put up my condo for sale so I no longer have to deal with this company.

Inconsistent enforcement of rules at Airy Pointe Condo. Management fees are excessive compared to other area condos.
