Took my laptop in for a repair. Mann got it done quickly, efficiently, and inexpensively. Very impressed with the service.

I was very impressed with the way I was kept informed of the progress during the evaluation of my computer. The professionalism was top-notch.

Did a diagnostic on my computer, found the problem & gave me an estimate of the cost to fix it before going forward with the repairs. Very satisfied with their service and employees and will be taking my computer to them for any further issues.

They did a wonderful job transferring my VHS tapes can't wait to go back in and get more of them done.

Ryan completed the router installation as requested. He was prompt, courteous and focused on his task. However I wd suggest that for the future he inquire about where all the devices are and explain they each needed to be connected. As tech challenged people we did not anticipate this. As it is we have a mini nest still not connected despite our efforts! Wd not hesitate to contact Mann in the future! Sue

Mann Technologies has always been a very helpful resource in providing technical support to our remote clients. Anytime we contact them, it is almost certainly an emergency issue that we are unable to resolve remotely. They always find time to fit us in within an acceptable amount of time. We have used them for a number of service calls from PC hardware issue, VOIP replacements and network/cabling issues. Joel and Ryan are always professional and go above and beyond. Thanks guys!

Customer service was very welcoming and helped clear up some Groupon confusion. I thought a week to diagnose the problem seemed a little long but if I had the expertise to determine what the reasonable timeframe was, I should have fixed it myself

Very patient, kind and professional even when I became frustrated and impatient because of my computer issues.

My router went out in a storm. I called Mann about it and the response was time was short. The router was replaced and passwords were entered for both my main router and my extender. I was back in business at a reasonable price.

Is the only place in the toledo area that work on Playstation. The are very professional in there work and do good quality work the cost was fair. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your service.
