Everything falling apart. If something breaks or cracks, the management says you are responsible. Like a Crack IN the toilet. Said it's the tenants fault and held liable. Maintenance is horrid. Never comes. Nothing gets done. Stay away!

They don’t take care of the place well I have to beg with for a New Stove which Our Insurance paid for I had a Minor Fire Insurance paid 4,000 for some damages smoke damage I still have the burned stove they keep promising us a new one walls was never painted from smoke damage still have the burned Stove it’s almost been a year and no new stove $760.a month that’s crazy I planted a nice flower bed I can never water my flowers because they need to fix the plumbing so I can hook up a hose.
