Homework center is awesome! We enjoy the upgrades to the kids area as well. Neat and clean. Staff aren't afraid to tune down the rowdy ones. I appreciate that!

I drive the extra mile to come to the Maple heights library. They have an available computer always probably because they have a large amount to suit the public need. The librarians are awesome and always available to assist. The childrens area is designed just for them and can keep them occupied for hours.

Just do not go here! Playground for kids upstairs! Daycare around 6-8 PM, if you like screaming with kids its a go to spot to hang out and act like chickens with no heads on running around. Try areas around this library

The staff is very helpful. Noise isn't so bad on the 1st floor since they've moved children and teens upstairs. Only downside for me is that they don't have any quiet rooms for people trying to study.

Very noisy does not feel like a library. The staff dont do anything. I couldnt finish my paper i was typing because of the laughing and giggling of the children in front of me they were asked to keep quiet but they just continued.horrible experience. Smh dont go there if you need a quiet environment.its more like a daycare

I've just relocated to Bedford, Ohio and needed some books on TD JAKES and I found the library while driving and was able to find what I was looking for without too many problems. Thank you libraries!

Don't expect to get anything done on the first floor. I come here often for work and with clients. The staff often allows teenagers and young adults to listen to music loudly on their phones and speak loudly to each other continuously. I almost always find myself moving upstairs to the young children's area because they are actually quieter. Last time I checked it's a library. It should be at least somewhat quiet.

Went there on a weekday evening for a trade industry presentation. The facility itself was fine, but the location being "near ghetto" ensured there was plenty of loud talking and shouting by the "near ghetto 'patrons' " directly outside the conference rooms. Absolutely pointless to try and study here. The staff does nothing to curb it.

My son and I love this library I go there and get allot of studying done and business handled. My son reads play and attend events often. Some times the teens are loud but I go to the adult section for quite time and when around kids I expect them to be kids.

I am not basing my score on unsupervised children since that is a concern for PARENTS not librarians. I have three children and we LOVE this library. There are SO many activities in the youth area that it's almost like a mini science center. The librarians are ALL EXTREMELY kind and helpful. We are moving soon and are going to miss this library. No other libraries around this good. Their selections are also great and if they don't have what you're looking for they WILL order it!

Good Library. I take my daughter here often. Like most libraries sometimes the children can be noisy when they come in after school but the adult section tends to be quiet. Staff is helpful and polite. Library has a nice adult book selection.
