I have had MAQ train my football player, my wrestler, and my volleyball player. He has done amazing things with all 3! Definitely highly recommend.

I highly recommend Dave, Brittany, TJ and the entire staff at MAQ. My kids look forward to going to their workout sessions and have seen great results from their training. The facility is new and great. You can watch their entire session from the lobby on their TVs.

This is my daughter's third season with SMAQ! I can not say enough about the staff. Everyone is responsive and eager to help! She has come a long way since she first started with the club. They really want to grow and improve! I look forward to this coming season!

Dave, Brittany, and TeJay have done excellent work with my son as a high school athlete. I appreciate the level of feedback and knowledge they had of how my son was progressing and things on which he needed to work. They ignited the passion and demanded the excellence from him which kept him motivated while recovering from injury. I appreciate the honesty and "no b-s" approach Dave and Team give to their athletes.

My daughter trained here this year. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was always in a small group so she got a lot of one on one training. It was very affordable, especially for the amount of individual help she got. The owner is really nice and cares about his clients.
