This is one of our favorite places! Great food and fantastic service. Neil took care of us tonight and made it a great experience. Highly recommend going here!

Service was okay. Waiter first brought us an olive oil decanter that had a broken spout. Then while putting water down on the table he broke a glass. The $9 chopped salad was a minuscule proportion. My friend and I were going to split it as an appetizer but it was barely suitable for one. Neither of us finished our dinner. I got pasta carbonara that had so much grated parmesan that it was a big clump of yuck. There were literally 4 peices of pancetta in the whole dish. My friend had the clams and linguine and she said it was butter based when the waiter said it wasn't. I've had better Italian food at the little corner cafe's in Cleveland for half the price. Would I go again. NOPE. $67 bucks with tip and we left hungry!

My mom and I came in today for lunch and everything was fantastic! Our lunch was perfect. Our server was very nice and on top of it. The manager on duty went above and beyond. We cannot wait to come back

We have typically enjoyed our time at Marcellas Polaris but tonight was very different. We were rudely greeted by hostesses about having to get out of our table at a specific time. Then when we were seated we were informed that happy hour is no longer available in the dining room when they opened all tables. The waiter could not have been rude about it. When we asked if we could sit outside where food was magically half price we were again met with rude comments about rain and resistance about clearing a table. I can longer recommend Marcellas based on my most recent experience with lots of rude staff.

Absolutely the best GF Italian restaurant I would 100% recommend this place to anyone with celiac. Bread was 100% on point the pasta was amazing al dente Loved it will be back again and again!

The food service and atmosphere was great. Menu prices are $12 on up. Great patio. Very good experience

My Local Eats app had this restaurant highly ranked but I was not impressed. Food was ok, I should have listened to the front desk clerk at our hotel, she was not a fan.the service was worse, negative vibe from staff, robotic, like they didn't want to be there (our waiter) and hostess (condescending attitude), need to work on customer service, positive attitude and smiles.

Good service and very good food. Had the four cheese tortellini with chicken that was seasoned very nicely. Nice wine and beer list also.

Food was good and staff friendly. I especially liked the way they separated seating with glasses to minimize covid spread. It definitely felt more safe to sit there than other restaurants

Delicious! I got the goat cheese stuffed ravioli and it was amazing! Our server was ok, very easy to tell he didn't want to be there.

This is one of my favorites! The staff is always wonderful and the food is delicious and comes out pretty quickly. I highly recommend the veal meatball!

I was on a road trip and was looking for places I could eat and saw that this place offered gluten free food. I get there and order and find out this restaurant has ingredients in their dishes that aren’t included on the menu. Didn’t even get to try their food but I would be wary of a restaurant that doesn’t put all their major ingredients in their dishes in the menu description.

Love Marcellas! Fantastic service with Rustin! We were seated outside when a storm came and everyone helped us and our baby get a comfortable seat inside. Amazing meatballs as usual, yummy mushroom pizza, and great wine and beer selection. Also, we were offered complimentary dessert for our anniversary. We chose the cannoli. There are 3 delicious cannoli with fresh, sweet fruit! Thank you, Cameron Mitchell for a great dinner!

Everything from the bread, salad, pasta dish to the dessert was excellent! Like 3 thumbs up if possible!

Always a great meal, made in-house. Service is exemplary. Gluten -free options are plentiful and delicious.

I highly recommend the spinach dip, best I've ever had! They have great happy hour specials and such pleasant servers and bar tenders

Great service and even better food! Try the calamari, you will never have it anywhere else ever again.
