Marco's Pizza, Brunswick OH

If it was possible my score would definitely be a zero. This was the worst experience ever, the delivery driver was an hour and a half late and my food was cold when the driver finally decided to deliver my pizza close to midnight. Please make sure your drivers know how to answer a cell phone and use a gps. The woman I talked to could not get a hold of the driver to figure out why he was taking so long to deliver my food.

Only 2 stars bc I ordered pizza and wings with the expectation of buffalo sauce not Frank's Red Hot! When I called to talk to the manager you could tell she was annoyed that someone even had a complaint and didn't want to be on the phone. Once I talked to her I was placed on hold which is when she apparently talked to her GM. She returned to the phone to say that she can't replace the wings just bc we didn't like the taste. I spent almost $30 and it will be the LAST $30 I will spend at Marco's!

Pizzas good. But for as many times as the “machines are crashing” and they can’t take card I’ve given up on trying to order from them. Y’all should prolly get new ones. Seems like 4/5 times I call I get this answer. And it’s only AFTER I’ve placed my order and they tell me how long and I ask to pay with a card that they say something. Very annoying.

Good Value, Good Pie, we use them at work and its always good and pretty reasonable. Good service

Never had a bad experience with them. By far the best chain pizza restaurant there is. Our go to pizza place!

Square deal is great as well as their wings & salad options! They also have good sub sandwiches.
