17Man, they really used fresh cooked bacon on my pizza and I was impressed. Pizza was fresh and hot and the crust was so good.
This marcos location is horrible.i’ve had several issues with this Lakeshore Blvd location.i ordered from here a few weeks ago and there was raw dough throughout my pizza.i decided to give them another chance and i ordered a large pepperoni magnifico.i called to see if i could get a side of garlic butter sauce and i was on hold for 20 MINUTES.like seriously? So annoying and unprofessional.what kind of business ignores their customers for 20+ minutes.well, my pizza gets to the door, and they gave me the wrong pizza.i got an XL cheese pizza.what kind of business is this? I will never trust or associate with the Lakeshore Blvd Marcos location again.learn how to run your business properly, it’s embarrassing for you.i’m very angry.to put it simply: terrible customer service and unpromising and disappointing results.
The employees worked together as a team and got the job done! They were very pleasant and on top of things. It's not often you see this and the Manager/ Owners should be proud. Especially it being Superbowl Sunday! I visited twice that day picking up order's for other people. Just exceptional service all around!
7 pm Saturday 12/18 online says they are closed for online ordering when calling to order for a carry out no one answers. How can this place be making money?
Called at 1030 Friday, no one answered, supposed to be open until 1230. I’d fire everyone who was on the schedule today 10 DEC 21.
We had a little problems regarding are order but i went to the store just to recive he best pizza i have ever tasted in my life.it was fresh and made perfectly 10/10 must try again. (;
10pm and I was told they were no
longer making food! I didn't know the staff could pick and choose when they felt like cooking! I could understand if it was too busy but there were no customers. Just close the store if that's the case! But dont leave an open sign on with two people just relaxing, unprofessional! I worked 10 hours and couldn't get food!
Supposed to be open till 1230am and dude calls me at the time my order supposed to be ready at 10: 48pm soon as I’m pulling up talking bout he cancelled my order cuz they shutting down smh bad business
Wow is all I gotta say worth the wait, now if pizza stayed this good I'd order weekly. Thank you for your hard work and driver was so kind ty all godless =)
Pizza is always poorly prepared and customer service is non-existent. Marcos fell off so bad when they just started hiring ANYBODY.
Order an extra large extra cheese and pepperoni and a bacon onion, looked like no cheese on both pizzas, the bacon and onion had more cheese then the extra cheese pepperoni. Requested lite sauce on the bacon and onion and that's all I could taste.
I am very disappointed on how my pizza was delivered. I did a no contact delivery and I walk outside to grab it. It came earlier than said so I was very pleased until I opened the box. Could barely even enjoy because some pieces had cheese and some had nothing but bread and sauce
Don’t rely on the order tracker. Went to pick up my order and was told it doesn’t know how busy they get, so it would be at least another 15 minute wait. And it ended up closer to 30 minutes. What is the purpose of something which isn’t going to be right.
I have ordered from here before online and called and no issue delivering. I called today took my order told me it was out of area but would deliver. Called me 25 min. Later left a voicemail that they canceled the order and refunded my money. I called back to talk someone no one answered for some time and several call backs. Talk about frustrating.
So I order a big square deal with old world pepperoni, I go to get my pizza and it’s not old world pepperoni, and they tried to argue with me saying it was. I then told them that’s the only pepperoni I eat and that I order marcos all the time, the little girl go say ohhh they mixed them I told her that’s not what I ordered. She then offered to remake my food I accepted the offer. Get my pizza get home and what happen I see all she did was threw old world pepperoni on top of that same pizza she tried to give me before. This is unacceptable and I will NEVER order from that location again. This marcos have not been the same since they started hiring all young kids in there. Don’t order from this location on 222nd Lakeshore trust me
The last time I was here it was beyond awful, that was a few months ago. This time it was a refreshing experience! My pizza was perfectly hot, and ready when I got there. The cashier pleasant and cheerful! It looks like a whole new team. Thank you guys, my pizza was delicious! I will be back!
It’s quite Sad Bc three employees just cost you a five star rating. I am a new customer to Marco’s. My family used to get pizza from Romitos in collinwood till the owner closed it down (BEST PIZZA IN TOWN). So we switched to my college favorite Rascal House which I ate while going to CSU. But as of late the Euclid Rascal House has let me and my family down on quality, service and had to notify corporate Bc of the last two times of getting undercooked pizza both times. Plus they went from not being greasy to really greasy which tells me cheap ingredients. So we been trying other places lately like dominos, papa John’s and a few others to find our new pizza place. My family and I get a lot of pizza annually so any pizza shop who wants our business can take it by providing an excellent product with good customer service. Notice I didn’t say great Bc in today’s world great customer service is a thing of the past. However what I just experienced today was the worst customer service ever. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 2. The person who took my order was good, but upon arrival there were two employees at the counter. One male with a customer and one female without a customer not working. The female employee made eye contact three different times and never said hello, how can I help you. Nothing as if she were just a statue eye balling customers. Then after the male employee finished with his customer, I slowly approached the counter waiting for a hello, how are you or how can I help you. I got absolutely not a sound. I state my name for pickup, he turns and grabs the pizzas. Then states the total to me. I hand him the money and he gives me my change. Never says Thankyou, have a nice day NOTHING. Then walks away without offering me any napkins. He was in too much of a hurry to walk outside to a car with a female in it. So a third employee is talking to the female customer he was helping and offered her napkins and was caring on a pleasant conversation, telling her to have a nice day, come back again. But the minute I asked him for napkins as he was grabbing some for his customer, I get the look of why are you bothering me. A CUSTOMER SHOULD NEVER BE TREATED OR MADE TO FEEL LIKE THEY ARE A BOTHER OR INCONVENIENCE. So I am going to contact the corporate offices for a discount/refund and take my money and business elsewhere. VERY SAD BC THEY ACTUALLY PUT OUT A GREAT TASTING PIZZA. My other issue is, who ever cut it, should never be allowed to cut a pizza again. I had a slice almost a quarter of the pizza then multiple 1 inch slices. I took a picture of both pizzas. For me when I eat out, order carry out it’s half about the quality of food, but it’s half customer service and presentation. I am asking to be contacted back.
