Marco's Pizza, Toledo OH

My extra large pizza was overcook.i told them light sauce and they gave me no sauce.pizza was cut halfway, and my Cheese bread what's going on Tuesday night

Pizza wasn't the best I've ever had but for customer service I give it 5 stars. The guy behind the counter triple checked everything to make sure my order was just right something most pizza places can't be bothered to do. Great customer service

Well delivery was great the lady was so nice. Pizza well no so good very soggy in the center. Next time will ask for them to cook it longer.

The gentleman on the phone was quite unpleasant taking my order. This was at lunch time around 1: 00 p.m. Midweek. I like to give reviews and be honest about them and three stars for him is probably too high. Hopefully he is not in any kind of managerial position FYI this is all about his communication skills taking a phone order. The female cashiers were quite pleasant and friendly in the food was decent thank you

I order at this location more than I should.it's always good and the people are pleasant

Why is it, the manager never wears gloves? He is making food. I see the other employees wearing gloves. That's the 4th time I've seen this. I was just riding along. Won't eat there

The pizza was fresh and was pretty good. We had it delivered and it got to us within the time estimated. I hope the leftovers are just as delicious as when we got because it's going to get ate.

I ordered two subs for lunch sub bread was really doughie needed to be cooked longer it's like they were pulled from the oven a few minutes early

I never get a bad meal from this Marcos. Great response time on the delivery and the food is always amazing. If you order with the app you get points to earn BIG discounts!

We live 3 side streets away from this location. We were told 30-45min for delivery. 1hr and 15min later I called to check on my order and was told by the rude manger that our order was already out for delivery and 1 stop away. 25 min later, still no pizza. We cancelled the order and all she had to say was "oh well. Okay! " Before hanging up. Horrible delivery times and even worse customer service.

Ordered ahead of time and I got my food hot and ready to eat. Service was fast and really nice. I didn't have to wait long after I ordered. My pizza was loaded and I didn't even ask for that so that's a big plus, and I appreciate that. I would recommend this Marco's, seeing as this was my 1st visit. Loved every bite!

I got a pizza from here and oh my God it was so fresh and hot I had to tip them they bring it out to me while I was sitting in the truck waiting

Asked for triple old world pepperoni, don't get it and bacon. Normally great. All the toppings were in the center of the pizza. Also asked for the crust well done, pizza basically was burnt. The reason I ask for well done is because for some reason how they are cooked is inconsistent. Sometimes barely cooked, other times perfect. Which you would think it would be a standard temp in the oven. Still my favorite pizza. Just this time, not so much.

Attempted to place an order but while telling the guy what i wanted, he places me on hold, so i hung up and will order from pizza hut. Very rude to interupt me while i was speaking just to ancwer the other phone. My last time ever dealing with these ppl.

Worst place every. Food looked rushed. Terrible customer service. Been going here 20 yrs and I'm no longer happy
