Marco's Pizza, Genoa OH

I literally just got done leaving this location and could not be more disappointed. I am inside waiting patiently to pick up my order when someone else walks in after me and is acknowledged, pays for and picks up his order before me. Shame on that guy for not asking if me and the two other people who are in there have been helped yet, but also for the employee who should have known that they were three other people waiting in there to be helped prior to him helping the person we just walked in the door. There is another location that is close to me and I will be using that location exclusively from now on. I hope they are not under the same ownership.

Great store, unlike oak harbor they actually answer the phone and take orders, had to call them twice now because of the oak harbor issue, longer drive for me but may just call then first from now on. Oh and the pizza is good

Usually go to Northwood store has more toppings and this one from Genoa mostly just bread very little toppings so sorry will continue to go to Northwood Ohio

The Marco's Pizza in Toledo don't give nearly the quality nor the quantity that Genoa Marcos does. Nor do they give the courteous, friendly, prompt service that the Marcos in Genoa does. I have made this comparison because I live in Toledo and work three times a week in Genoa. The best deal on the menu in my opinion are the subs. DELICIOUS And very fairly priced.

Their pizza is always consistent and it's always made the way you order it. Marcos is a classic favorite!

Always on point! Fresh, hot and never short on toppings! Delivery is usually earlier than expected as well. Great place.

Usually good. Didn't take long either. Its delivery pizza so its hot or miss. They do, however, have other things such as wings and sandwiches. Sandwiches are hot and good.

Me and my boyfriend decided to order some pizza tonight and usually our order is very good and we chose to add a desert and we were very excited to eat our cinnamon bread but when we eventually got to it there was no cinnamon sugar on the bread and there was an already opened icing packet. Also the pizza looked like it was just tossed in the box without a card in the world and our cheesy bread was decently okay and better than how everything else was. Very disappointed and not very happy with that and will not be ordering from there again if this is the kind of service we are treated with.

This place is terrible! Ask for pizza with extra sauce you get none! Go to Bowling Green and you get a great pizza! Will not be going back to this location ever! Even though I live 2 minutes away. Will drive extra to get a pizza worth eating!

This location has really gone downhill in the last year, the quality of the food is now marginal at best, and inside of the store looks like they are slacking in the cleaning department and management doesn't seem to care about anything. Until they fix the problems there I'll be going to the Marco's Pizza 10 miles down the road in Northwood, much better quality and service there.

Great always hot food, fast delivery and friendly staff! I even had two orders a few mins apart after leaving them a note they were awesome about putting them together. Thanks Marcos!

I just moved to the area in October, have tried this location three times since then, and it's the worst Marcos ever. I will not be ordering from here again.
