Marco's Pizza, South Euclid OH

Only takeout but wow talk about some really great pizza! And usually staff is pretty pleasant and quick.

The service at the store was extremely helpful but the website was definitely NOT user friendly.

Pizza dough was not proofed at all and very flat with no flavor despite ordering a thick crust. The parking lot is also extremely unsafe, massive foot deep potholes all over it, pretty sure it's illegal.

The ladies were working without gloves while handling toppings they had extremely long nails and one of them was scratching in her head. The checking of their cell phones, I was turned off immed

We ordered two pizzas, a build your own specialty and gluten-free pizza. The pizza was delicious and hot!

We were running late to pick up the pizza, and the individual behind the counter offered to re-make them because that had gotten cold due to us being late. He wanted to make sure that we had hot pizza when leaving the building.

He went above and beyond. It was our fault the pizza was cold, and we would have been okay with it.

Thank you to the kind gentleman for making sure we had a great experience! Thus is just one of the many reasons we love going to Marco's Pizza!

I ordered my pizza over the phone and it was ready when I arrived. The young lady at the desk was nice and friendly.

Placed an order on the app, two hours later it was canceled, and they told they can’t deliver that far and without apology too

Food was excellent, but staff should be more cautious of sanitization. No gloves, pants sagging, no hair coverings, staff walking back and forth outside and back where food is prepared, did not wash no hands.

They're always timely and if they make a mistake they will fix it. The pizza usually comes hot and made well. I especially like the rewards and coupons I get, we save a lot.

Cashier needs some training for better customer service but the Cooks did an excellent job with my two pizzas.

Always see commercials for this pizza none by my house finally got to try the pizza is Ohio was soon good and the wings were perfect. Person at counter was polite and friendly can't wait to go again

If it is within an hour of them closing they refuse to answer the phone, basically meaning they close whenever they feel like.

TODAY ONE OF THE DENTIST IN OUR OFFICE DECIDED TO TREAT OUR TEAM FOR LUNCH OUR ORDER WAS ABOUT $60 AND SOME CHANGE. WHICH WAS NOT A BAD PRICE AT ALL. HOWEVER WHEN WE RECEIVED THE ORDER ONE OF 0UR STAFF NOTICED AS SHE WAS PICKING UP A SLICE HAIR INSIDE THE CHEESE. A LONG PIECE OF HAIR. SO OUR OFFICE MANAGER CALLED AND THE STAFF WAS NICE SAID THEY WOULD MAKE ANOTHER ONE. WHEN ONE OF OUR STAFF WENT TO PICK THE PIZZA UP, THE MANGER THAT WAS ON SHIFT AT THE TIME WAS VERY RUDE AND ACCUSED OUR OFFICE OF PLANTING HAIR IN THE PIZZA. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WE HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS ONE. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

Placed an order online got there 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done but still wasn’t done. No one checked me out for a good 10 minutes. On top of that the pizza was burnt and cold. Not coming back….

When you work with people and take people's money, you should get service with a smile. Don't act like you have an attitude because you chose your profession.

Kind of stingy with the pepperoni & med & Large don't seem to be much of a difference
