Marco's Pizza, Deer Park OH

I ordered a deluxe pizza bowl to be delivered at 12: 30pm, it didn't arrive until after 1: 00 pm and it wasn't even correct. It was all over the box and it was just sauce and cheese that was luke warm at best! And to top it all off, it was the manager that delivered

Ordered at 4: 38pm and didn't receive my order until 630 and the pizza wasn't even made correctly won't be ordering again ever.

I'm sorry in Haser comments I placed my order Day 23 9: 14 Pm my order did not arrive my beautiful pizza marked and measured in 20 minutes time passes 11: 30 and I do not arrive I think that customers should not be treated in that way I hope.be careful

Literally watched a young male employee walk to the front door with pizza dough in hands making someone’s pizza with no gloves on! So not only did he not have on any gloves while making a pizza but he walked to the front door to open it because something was wrong with the lock so he had to let another employee in and the pizza dough was still in his other hand. Extremely unsanitary! I used to love ordering from this Marcos but was unaware of how unsanitary they are I will never order from them again!

Asked for a LG Veggie pizza with extra sauce. No extra sauce.called and was told nothing we can do.there is no credit for our mistake of no extra sauce.end of call. No good customer service either

The pizza was really gross! A deluxe is usually great. I I threw it away, along with an Italian sub. Sorry to say, but Marco’s is off my list.

Okay. Honestly, an appalling experience. I came in to pick up my pizza and wasn’t addressed for about 5 minutes as the girl at the cashier was on her phone. After paying for the pizza and I took a look at it, apparently their “all meat” pizza only has sausage and pepperoni. I asked if it was the right one, and I was told “nothing I can do. ” The girl was on her phone again before I had the chance to ask for plates and pepper. Don’t recommend…

I ordered my pizza at 7: 55. Called at 8: 47,5 minutes after my expected delivery to see where my order was. I was told my order was delivered at 8: 30. There was no knock, call or text. My food was placed on the floor. And when I expressed frustration about my food bring placed on the ground I was hung up on. I love Marcos but I will NEVER order from them again.

Staff is super friendly, food always hot and tasty. Dillonvale and Oakley locations are both great!

I have lived in same location for over 15 yrs, I called to place my order only to be told I’m not in delivery area, I asked why I’ve ordered before…was put on hold then told they must have delivered because they weren’t busy but they are busy tonight so no delivery… bad business I will never order from them again! Gave one star for answering the phone and to give actual review.

Edite review - they keep not giving me sauces and it sucks. 15 chicken tenders and one sauce. Don't know what changed. It was consistent for a very long time prior. The food is excellent otherwise.

1/6/23 I placed an online order. Picked it up was a few minutes early and to my surprise they was extremely busy. The three ladies was working hard, to make the pizzas, Answer the phones. And also take care of the front counter. The two gentleman that was delivering was hustling hard and helping where they could. The team worked very nicely together but most importantly very quickly! I got home and my pizza was still Hot and delicious! This was a pleasant experience considering the circumstances of being short staffed! Thank you. I will be back.

The pizza is always fresh and piping hot. Made any way that you like. Service is fast whether it's take out or dining in. Courteous staff and delivery drivers.

It's a Carry Out Pizzeria and the atmosphere is just that!

I just love Marco's Pizza. They went above and beyond to make my order GREAT!
