Marco's Pizza, North Royalton OH

I like their pizza. The sauce is one of my favorites. And they do put enough cheese on it so that makes me happy.

Marco's Pizza has some of the best service, be it phone orders, delivery person, or in person orders. They are always busy but the ready time never feels long. Prices are fair, and they consistently run deals. Plus this is one of the few pizzas I will eat the crust.

Marcos is always great. As a former employee i know the ingredients are always fresh. Pickup is always quick too

Pizza was cool but the cheesy bread was burnt. Poor girl was working alone, didn’t even return it.

We ordered carry out from here a couple months ago and my husband picked up the food, not knowing what I ordered. When he came home, my sub wasn’t made or given to him, which was frustrating but I just shrugged it off and made something for myself. Then today, we ordered delivery. Almost 90 minutes after placing the order, it hadn’t arrived. We were trying to be patient because it’s Sunday and football is on so we figured they were busy, but when we called the shop, they said they didn’t have a delivery driver. No phone call or anything from them to let us know our delivery order wasn’t coming. My husband then went to pick up the order, came home and our cheesy bread didn’t even have cheese on it. I love Marco’s but I will never order from here again.

I think Marcos pizza is better than alot of other chain places! If you have never tried it, I recommend it!

Great people and great food at a great price! Lynn is awesome and Marissa makes the prettiest pizzas and salads!

If I could give it a zero I would have. Ordered a $8.00 pizza for delivery at 8: 55 pm. At 9: 50 pm I called wondering what was wrong. The lady on the phone said he was on his way. I live less than one mile from shop. 25 minutes later still no show. I called again same lady said no problem I'll just cancel the order. Great customer service. I guess I'm lucky that there are 4 or 5 other pizza choices in my area that I will use in the future.

Drivers are always rude and act like youre the inconvenience when its their job to deliver the food.

They don't charge you for extra things without telling you like they do at Papa John's! Also there friendly and have fantastic food!

We always get food from this Marco's we have no compliants the food is always hot when it arrives and always tastes good!:)

The service is awful, the quality is not worth what I paid, and just honestly the worst pizza I've had in awhile smh.

I've always had great customer service when going to Marcos. I've been to my fair share of pizza places and the employees are always working quick and efficient to get your food done.

How is there a review from 4 years ago.this location hasn't been around that long. The pizza is worth what they charge.

This place has good food of good quality, good service, just good stuff. Can't say it's great, but it's at least good and a good place to go if you need a quickish meal or if you just want good pizza from a pizza place. The pizza here is also stylized and of a different style than other places, so that is also an added plus, along with some of their other major food options. Overall, this place is really good, but not to the point of being great.
