Marco's Pizza, West Carrollton OH

The best pizza around, best service best ingredients curbside, best tasting crust and pizza sauce. And I should know because I'm a connoisseur. LOL I'm, just a customer that loves Marco's, like everyone else

Called multiple times without a problem. Called tonight 4/18/20 and claimed closed when their online info says open until 1200

Well I really like ordering at this location but after yesterday I would not be ordering from Marco's pizza at this location again.they over charged me.they messed up my sub.when I called the manager didn't know how to handle a situation like that.they need to invest more in training their employees properly even more their management.

This used to be are favorite place for sandwiches. However the last few times we have ordered, it was a disaster. Always ask for the subs to be well done. Even call to have them xtra well done, but they havent been. The quality has gone down, if you call and say something, they make you feel like it is your fault, for ordering it to be made a special way. Wont order from here again.

Been trying to call the last 5 min no answer. At least answer the calls coming in the last 30 min before you close

Staff is super nice; put in an order for last minute cinnamon squares and they were ready within about 10 mins. Food was great, location is a bit awkward to try to pull in to, depending on the direction you're coming from though. So there is that little stinky bit. Overall though, food is good, and service has been friendly and quick the few times we've ordered since living close.

It was the best pizza I've ever eaten in my life. I'm 38 years old and I've never experienced what awesomeness tasted like until I ordered from you. My heart was stolen! Thanks for sharing your deliciousness with me!

Best pizza in town! Always fast, and they get our order right every time. Not much to say, just good, fast, cheap pizza.

Tonight’s was pretty bomb, and had even given me extra sauce and cheese.

1 Star off last time I ordered a while ago tomato’s were not fresh but everything this time was extremely fresh. Recommend garden salad

If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered many times and it was great until the last time and they called from central ave saying they couldn't find my address, they were in the wrong city! They were in West Carrollton NOT miamisburg. Needless to say the food was cold when it arrives. Fast forward 4 months (boycotted them), I gave them another chance.
I was VERY precise on my address and the city (they even repeated back to me) and explained what happened last time. 25 min later i Got a call from The driver saying they couldnt find the address, they were in West Carrollton NOT miamisburg AGAIN. Upon calling the manager DEVIN was less than apologetic and more apathetic, almost argumentative. Asking me "what do you want ME to do about it? ". When the food finally arrived the driver was upset she didn't get a tip. This level of service is unacceptable and I won't patronize such a business. As a matter of fact I am a delivery person around the surrounding neighbourhoods and will now be a walking advertisement (and online) on why NOT to patronize Marcos West Carrollton.

Pathetic. Waited an hour for our order only for the burn out manager to call us and say our driver forgot your order and it will be another hour before they even get back. But we'll deliver your nearly 3 hour old pizza as soon as possible. You're a sad excuse for a business. Disappointing. I've really liked Marcos in the past in Columbus and Beavercreek.

Ordered a gluten free pizza, as my grandmother has severe celiac's. After waiting an hour, we were given regular crusted pizzas. We went to tell them about the mistake, but the cashier made a very disgusted face, and scoffed "well, I didn't hear that. " He tried to give us the gluten pizzas anyway, despite the fact that it could literally kill my grandmother. He then, quite audibly, went to the back and complained about us and how "picky and spoilt" we were. The service was horrible here and I am never going back, especially for the health of my family.

I don't remember the last time I was stressed out trying to order a pizza. Terrible customer service. No specials.

Have ordered pizza a few times from them now and they are soooo good! 5 stars for excellent pizza and fast delivery.

I'm from DC so I'd never heard of Marcos Pizza. My co-worker told me about this place. I would always order from Dominoes but they messed up on my last order so I decided to try this place. There pizza is amazing! It taste like an upscale Papa John's. Way more flavor in the crust, generous toppings, bigger and better Italian sausage. There steak hoagies with mushroom sauce was a first for me but didn't disappoint. I will definitely be back.

Good pizza! I always felt the portions on the toppings were a bit lacking. We do order from here regularly and the pizzA is always hot and fresh.

Great place! I've had no problems with them! At one point I had to be a loop and issue problem with the website and accidentally ordered 2 pizzas! I called them to cancel one of them and they cancelled and no questions asked!
