I go to this location in Solon to get my water, since now I am ill I need extra electrolytes***
I Buy three cases of water of this kind***this is 24 bottles per case*** (totaling 72 bottles the cashier rang up one at a time) ***
I can only come when someone brings me***
The transportation company that brought me left me***I waited two more hours for a ride and there is nowhere in the store you can sit***one of the workers was nice enough to bring me a chair***

Me Marc's because of their low prices and the quantity is not always large. No everyone family needs are large. Me Marc's

Worst experience for first time there. Workers on floor very rude. Was standing in front of vegetables to get cabbage and three employees pushed their cart right in front of me and started working knowing I was there. Lady at customer desk swearing because cold cut was repriced for another lady and just put the paper wrap. Never again will step foot in there!

Don’t come if I’m a rush or looking for common items at cheaper prices. Prices are the same as competitors or the items are unavailable. Card readers not accepting WIC even though it says they do and the cashiers don’t know how to work it. Never again

I just want to tell the incident. While the customer was checking out, they said there are two limits to the product he bought. But the customer did not accept. That's why the Manager came and started arguing with the customer. He fired the customer from the store. It was very rude behavior. A manager unworthy of a professional organization like Marcs. What a shame.

I live in Solon. I've been shopping from Marc’s Store for years. I have never seen such a rude and lying manager. Although there is no limit on shopping, he put me with a limit of four limits. I said ok. But I bought four products today, he said no, you can buy just two, and he offended me a lot among people. Kicked me out of the store. Unacceptable station.

Bought BBQ sauce about 2 months ago, brought it home and it was expired, went last month went to buy mustard, they were ALL (that brand) expired, told the manager, and they immediately took it off. The shelves went today to buy spinach dip in the produce department 3/11/23 and the spinach dip and vegetable dip. All expired in FEBRUARY called the manager, and she said yes they been having a problem with not keeping up and they are working on it.
