Marc's Stores, Cleveland OH

I agree with many other reviewers. Customer service needs major work. Some of the cashiers are rude and will roll their eyes if you ask them a question. Whenever I’m in there there is always only one person working the customer service/ lottery counter. I take my Aunt shopping here sometimes and she has complained to me how long the lottery line usually is. In regards to the building itself, the restrooms are absolutely disgusting, and the whole place needs a good cleaning. Some of the positives are: great prices, awesome closeouts and one of the assistants in the pharmacy (can’t remember her name) was very helpful and nice. I also wanted to say that their doing an awesome job with keeping the carts sanitized and readily available.

This location is nasty and unkept. Some of the workers are rude. Some of the products have thick dust on them! Check your meat! I bought some meat from here and it was spoiled underneath! I’m don’t recommend this store.

I have only bad experiences at deli.cutter not cleaned.personnel arguing behind counter.etc. Threw meat away found black blob in middle of it. No supervision regularly. Typical u get what u pay for I guess.

Upset today because they are using this pandemic as a reason not to give money back. I tried to take some Litaly brand cookies back. They were terrible. The customer service person just kept repeating we don't want anything back, sorry. I didn't see anything posted about their new policy of no returns or refunds for any reason. I've been shopping at marcs since they opened. Had they given my few dollars back that l asked for l would have shopped, instead l left the store.

In general this Marcs was really large and nice looking but seemed to have a frustrating selection. Lots of some things and few or none of other common things.

I noticed they been raising there prices on alot of items I went to get a pack of ground chuck and it was almost 9$ a pack and the eggs 2.50 a dozen what the heck with everything that's going on in the world today you guys have to raise your prices. I guess if you're going to have giant eagle prices I might as well just go there.

Love this store plenty of parking and never have to wait long in checkout (lots of interesting things for sale you wont find anywhere else like my solar powered butterflie!

They never manage the registers here! Management is absent. One register light on tonight and manager didn’t do anything until i was at 15 minutes waiting. Last time I will bother with this place. 30 minutes to get through registers is unacceptable. It’s really a shame!

Wasn't impressed, everything seemed cluttered together, floors looked like they had never seen a mop, prices were ok, quality of products left alot to be desired. Wouldn't return

The cashier desk where you purchase lottery tickets - they never seem to pay attention to customers. I had to repeat my request four times today only to be told in a condescending way they were training Here is a training tip pay attention look at the customer, act nice. This is not the first time. I try to speak clearly get their attention and yet still have to repeat myself over and over.

One of the security guards one day followed me around the store as if I was going to steal something after I just purchased a $475 money order

For whatever reason, it looks like they hired a large group of black teenagers with no home training. The guys were horse playing around and the cashier literally argued with another employee while ringing up my things. This marcs wasn’t always like this, hopefully it goes back to the way it used to be

Good prices. I purchase my lunch meat and cheese from Marc's, you can't beat their prices. They also have great prices on the diet pop we drink.

It's a good store to shop at but you spend a lot of money but I will say it the best marcs I been too

Too crowded. They need more space in the aisles. All Marc's stores have this issue. But this one is especially bad.

They have good prices. I always purchase my lunch meat Marc's. Much Much cheaper than Giant Eagle. Great prices and store is always clean.

This store has it all, and prices you can't beat, anywhere. I wouldn't go any further looking for good food and low prices.

This store has poor management. Waited 30 minutes at the deli because they have one person working and the person ahead of me was ordering the whole deli. So ridiculous. Give it a ZERO!

Who doesn't like saving money. Marc's is wonderful. Fresh produce. Always changing closeout selection. Glad to see they now accept major credit cards. Rarely use them at Marc's but its nice to know you can if you need to.

Kamm's Corner Marc's is clean friendly employees and I have never had an issue shopping there. Today there were more than two people in the three lines that were open and you heard immediately over the intercom and another line was opened and I moved from 3rd and place to first in line right away.

They got everything at a discount but the aisles are narrow and cluttered and only 2 of the 10 check out lanes with 5 ppl waiting are ever open.
