Marc's Stores, Cleveland Heights OH

I live a block away from this Marc's location and have shopped here 3-4 times a week for nearly nine years. I love this store! It has almost everything I need and the prices are great. Once in a while a cashier might rub me the wrong way, but.so what? It's a down-to-earth store frequented by down-to-earth people and run by down-to-earth employees. If you want to spend a fortune and feel how special and wonderful you are Whole Foods is about 15 minutes away.

I shopped there for three years. Always found the store to be well stocked. Easy in and out. Decent produce. Great value. It's a little tight as the space is small but pretty easy to navigate. Repeat customer and if I lived in the area I'd positively go back

This Marc’s is in a very Covenant location but it’s
Extremely small inside it’s like every aisle I go down I’m bumping into other people sometimes you even have to wait for someone else to come down the aisle first before you can fit in and For parking its only 30 min free on the meter and there isn’t a pharmacy I wouldn’t recommend this Marc’s unless you live in the location

Prices are generally lower than elsewhere but not universally so. Selection ranges from great to variable depending on what you are looking for. Smaller size of this store prevents large scale stocking of items on the shelves, which sometimes results in no stock until the shelves are refilled. People are very friendly and helpful. Best improvement would be an expansion of the first floor footprint or a second story build up for additional floor space.

They close super early and were recommending people go elsewhere, like Dave's. Your own employees are recommending customers go to your competitor?

This may be the worst store in the chain, but it's not their fault there's too much stuff for too small a space, that's corporate's dissing the customers.
New South Euclid Marc's is worth the 5-mile drive for better produce, deli, shelf selections, atmosphere, and staff attitude.

This is my go-to store. They have the BEST PRICES PERIOD. Yes the aisles are narrow but they always have fresh products, its clean and the staff is very helpful. Always always check their closeout section! You will be surprised what you can find for almost no money.

I usually give a establishment a few chances to hang themselves, and boy have they. A few one or two may smile and greet you, the rest seem to hate the near site of us customers. They are not a friendly or helpful staff, I like the prices and products. I don't have time to go in to detail about many bad experiences here, let's just say Management needs to look closer at it's Employees. They may need to take customer service courses, or really Interview the cahiers.

Great place, very convenient, most employees are very helpful and nice.only gave it 3 stares because in the past 3months I've moved here and use this drug Mart regularly 4/5 times I'm here I get sexually harassed in some way by either a customer or a employee.my butt is not to be gawked at and if it is please keep comments to urself?

Marc's is a great neighborhood store. This location is smaller than most Marc's locations due to the location, but it is a perfect spot to pick up some groceries, a bottle of wine, or some toilet paper.

Terrible Checkout. Overcharged. Had to go to customer service to correct. They told me they were closed for"shift change".

This company supports Bullying and Harassment. Refuses to do anything with employees that do this to people and says unless it's on their time where they'd be losing money they do not care! Absolutely embarrassing. Won't be shopping at Marc's anymore!

Friendly helpful staff. Not as much selection as the larger Marc's stores, but the service is outstanding. Free 30 minute parking just a few
steps from the entrance is another perk.

Very narrow aisles and check out clerk did not bag my groceries. Probably because I had a reusable bag. Rude.

I love this Marcs. They have great prices, much better than any other grocery stores in the area (Daves, walmart, etc). In the past year they've put in an entirely new fresh produce section and its wonderful. I never had any problems with staff in the 3 years I shopped there (as other reviewers have claimed), everyone is nice.

Limited selection here as far as produce and meat related to other stores, but if low prices are your priority this is the place.

They only accept Discover card. What kind of modern store only accepts one type of credit card?

Horrible staff. Got accused of stealing 26cent water's. Had to go tell the lady I bought them from to talk to the girl accusing me. What a joke.

Really dirty, poorly lit, and you have to carry all of your groceries from the store to the car because they don't let carts leave the store. The employees also seem miserable.
