6Every time I've entered they've had Taylor Swift playing on the radio, and that is just an unacceptable shopping experience.
The lack of customer service is appalling. Unfriendly staff in every capacity. Unprofessional in every way shape and form.
Tried to return doughy-unfinished Paczki but manager said they didn't care, complain to the company in Indiana he said. I would think that would be Marc's job to discern where to buy product from. What else is not up to standards?
Not enough cashiers and no one knows how to bag! I'm going to start asking for a paycheck to bag groceries!
I love to go to this grocery store, expect for Giant Eagle. It's because Marc's has the perfect cheap price, not including Giant Eagle because that grocery store cost too much.
Sometimes they have what you're looking for and sometimes they don't. Sometimes they're stocked to the brim, and sometimes their out. Consistency would make this store more worthwhile to shop at.
