My wife and I went to this store today and it was wonderful. It's neat, clean, and well stocked. The owner was friendly and helpful. I don't understand the negative comments some people post, so ignore those pesky complainers. We could not have asked for a better experience at this family owned great store! Have a Merry Christmas!

The best store ever especially during the holiday season when you want to make all of the best treats! I always come here to buy melting chocolates, sprinkles and molds for family gatherings. Without this store, I don’t know where I would go! The owner is also very kind and always offers advice if you are ever have trouble. I appreciate her extra efforts in keeping the store organized and very clean!

Everytime I've come in the lady at the register has always been rude.sucks I like the store but I never want to go because of her.

I truly have never been treated more poorly than at this store. I will go to any other store I will drive an hour away before I will spend another dollar at this store. If you want to be disrespected and humiliated shop here. If you want to be treated like a human please do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars on gas to be treated like a human not a dog.

Every 1 star negative review is incredibly accurate regarding the owners horrendous interactions with customers. For those who are forced to shop here, I’m sorry there aren’t more cake decoration supply stores for you to source.

The woman checking me out was EXTREMELY RUDE when I asked if I could have 2 - 5lb bags of chocolate for the price of the 10lb. “No, one price for ten and one for five! And you have to different chocolates in the 5lb bags. ” Which my reply was, I know, one is milk and one is dark. I was buying 20lbs of chocolate and you couldn’t cut me a break!

I was greeted when I came into the store. The store is nicely organized and clean. While I was shopping for my items other customers came in and they were also greeted. I asked some questions and she answered them the best she could. Her prices are reasonable. Thank you for all your help today.

On October 25th 2023, my granddaughter and me, went into the shop around 5 pm to ask if they had something in stock we needed for a cake we were having made for my Granddaughter birthday. The lady had a bad attitude, even made us both uncomfortable to stay and look around. I would not recommend going there

I asked how cupcake creations brand liners worked and was told I wouldn't have them in my store if they weren't wonderful. I just baked 300 cupcakes for a wedding and 90% of the liners separate from the cupcake. I read reviews online and discovered it is a huge problem with these liners! I probably wouldn't be writing but the owners husband was kind and friendly. She is not! She acted like I was stupid and her arrogance in saying how great they worked was obviously in error. Know your product or just say you are unsure. Almost every review I read states this is a common problem. Also, I was looking for a wedding mix type sprinkle mix, was informed if they make it I have it. Well she didn't but Michael's did!

I have to share my review finally because a) I find it laughable that most one star reviews gets a "It was you, not me" response from the owner. And b) my last (not last as in ever again because keep reading) was the straw that broke the camels back. So now I have to share. I go there out of convenience and thank gawd I don't have to go often. These people that are leaving 5 star reviews HAVE to be family, friends (which I find hard to believe that she has any), or people that have to shop there because there are like THREE cake and candy supply stores in this area. Hence the reason they have been around for so long. If there were one in every city, she would've been out of business LONG ago. I give it to her that her store is well stocked, clean and organized. However, she is literally the rudest, most unfriendly person I've ever dealt with. So my last experience with this shop that is really prompting this review; is that she almost had my 16 year old daughter in tears. I should've never sent her in. My daughter has a little bit of social anxiety, but she's growing out of it. This woman was so rude for no reason that she almost set her back five years! She's obviously a kid and asked a simple question. Lady treated her as if she were the dumbest person on the planet. I will continue to go there out of convenience, but I've made it my mission to be EXTRA, OVERLY friendly when I go in. Only because I'm sure it pisses her off even more to not be able to bully and rattle someone. If I can and have time, I will go to Sweet Connections in Middleburg Heights. NIGHT AND DAY! Look at their reviews if you need to research my claims. Not one single 1 ️ review. They are extremely friendly, also well stocked and organized. So, in conclusion.you WILL have to go there, but you have been warned. Prepare yourself! Lol!

Everything they have what I need especially who s owner or worker have a big attitude with me.she thinks I'm stupid abt asking her if the frosting has nuts in it she rolled her eyes out n her expression sucks n showed me I lost interest on her.u make the customers leave the building and will.not.come.back with her attitude problem.that was my second time.never come back ever again.

Love supporting a small business. But love it more when they give raffle donations for fundraisers. That's giving back to the community! I will be a faithful customer even all the way from Parma!

I didn’t ask for any help, but a woman working there, wow, very angry and aggressive, right here, see the tags! Just nasty.
Apparently, I am supposed to automatically know the layout of the store.
She should’ve stayed in the back she evidently can’t deal with people.

Wow. Just walked out of this store. Literally the most UNFRIENDLY retail worker I’ve ever encountered. She couldn’t have made it more clear that she didn’t want me in the store. One and done, lady!

Fabulous lady at the front practices wonderful hygiene! The store is so clean and organized and I was offered help as soon as we walked in. Our visit was customized to our specific needs and I feel very welcomed, appreciated and was treated with a very expert level of phenomenal customer service. I highly recommend this Mardi Gras cake & candy supplies to my friends, family and viewers like you.
