I have been in search of an apartment for a year. The area is so expensive so with my loan I could do a deposit and the payments fit into my low income so I can maintain an apartment, bills and my payments.
I felt a caring and compassionate feeling while interacting with different persons at Mariner. I thank them for their prompt, consistent, and reliable preparation of my loan. Wonderful company
The customer service was great. The only compliant we had is we asked for a certain amount over the phone when we got there we had to wait almost an hour to finish because they tried getting us to get the whole amount we got approved for instead of the amount we asked for. So when we declined the full amount they had to reprocess our paperwork.
Very nice friendly and quickly took care of the loan process. Only draw back is a personal issue they do need to offer a process that doesn't include a 14 page printout of the loan. Seems like a waste to me. I sign online with a touch of a finger but then have to (no choice) recieve the 14 pages.
