Meeting Mark for the first time was like meeting a family member. Mark is the most professional real estate professional that I have ever worked with. Over the course of the past year, I have viewed multiple properties. Mark always kept me in the loop regarding every step of the process. He knows everything about the home buying process from start to finish and everything in between. He is completely honest and above board about everything. All 50 states need at least 2 Mark Tomal's in this business. He treats you like family. He is simply an amazing, honest, genuine guy. If I could give him 50 stars, I would. 5 stars isn't enough.

Mark was absolutely amazing as a realtor for my husband and I. Full of insight and advice when purchasing our new home, he was extremely responsive and answered questions for us that as first-time buyers we were nervous about. I even clicked on zillow "see this house" at 10pm one night and 5 minutes later he texted that he set up an appointment for the next day! We worked with Mark for almost 2 years on buying a property because it was a new build in Tremont. Words cannot express the dedication, time and hard work he put into helping us work with builders and their realtor to build and buy our dream home. When he needed to be tough, he was, When we needed carpentry expertise, he brought in a master carpenter. He would drive by our build site and check in weekly-not because he had to but because he wanted to ensure all was going well. When we hit bumpy patches, he was right there with us negotiating. We cannot imagine having gone through the past two years without him on our side. We are about to put our current home on the market and there was no doubt in our minds that Mark would be our realtor.

Mark was amazing! We are a young couple & was looking to get our first home together, Mark was very responsive & understanding. He was able to get us to see homes the same day that we would text him about a house we were interested in, even if it just hit the market & most of the time Mark would accommodate a few showings in one day. We feel like he always had our best interest at heart, would give us advice if a house was priced too high and negotiate on our behalf. All of our showings with Mark was pleasant & enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable & easy to be around. Even once we found our house we joked about still going to look at houses for fun lol.
