Market District Supermarket, Columbus OH

I've had spotty experiences with different employees at this specific location, but the manager Dan made up for all of that with how I was treated as a customer tonight. He went well out of his way and displayed exquisite customer service.

There are store associates and other guests who heckle, stalk, harass, doxx, snap photos, and intimidate other guests. It happens on a consistent basis. Some associates and guests go out of their way to make other guests feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Make sure you have an exit plan/strategy in place.

They almost always have everything I need which makes going out of my way worth the drive. Today they didn't have everything I needed, but it was okay. I easily found something else. The cashier was a little off and I was expected to bag my own groceries so I did. I prefer that anyway.

One of the worst retail experiences of my adult life, confusing, and check out was the worst part. Being forced to enter a Giant eagle card just to pay for one item is ridiculous shouldn't have to have someone come over to get me past the card scan screen, it's bad enough they wouldn't just take my money I had to do it myself and needed help just to buy one single item. Wouldn't go back in that store if you paid me to go. Ridiculous!

I am so grateful for this store it is an oasis to the community they have just about everything you would want daily they make sandwiches to order and that's hard to find at a supermarket anymore

Great Assortment of more bigger variety to choose from & best service, but we need a store like that on Morris Road in the northend of Circleville & then Walmart & Krogers will go out here. I know I wouldn't never go any other store, because Walmart & Krogers both have had meat that wasn't that good & bad service when at Wal-Mart you gotta wait because they don't have enough workers to get us out & the long lines are unacceptable.
I bought Cappacola meat & Smuckers Black Raspberry Jelly, both are hard to find. I guess I should have looked for FRITOS BBQ & I think they quit making them, because all I usually find is FRITO HONEY BBQ TWISTS. I figure they have other rare items that I can't find & didn't think of.

This is what I would consider to be a higher end location. They offer more, hot meals made to order and a very large wine and beer selection.

My favorite place to shop for entertaining. They are friendly, they have a lot of interesting and unusual items (both local and imported), and the alcohol selection is amazing. Don't go when you're hungry or depressed! Although you're sure to find something to help. ;)

We started shopping here when we moved to Harrison West. We still drive to market district on 3rd from Merion Village because we love the selection.

Been using the "scan, pay, go" since it started and it makes me want to go to the grocery store now.

Huge store, great selection, nice place to study or have a beer. This is my go to super market as you can get so much done in one spot. I often meet with peers to study on the mezzanine since they offer free WiFi. They also have fun live music nights on the weekends and it is a surprisingly good time for being a grocery store.

Good selection. Great prices. Strange sales, in a good way. Cashier moved fast and kept a friendly atmosphere. - 1 star for only having 1 lane open. Service desk took customers too, but then people had to wait in line with the people with full carts to do things like lottery tickets. Would visit again if I'm in the area.

Order sheets cakes along with the wedding cake for my daughters wedding. And the sheets cakes were not delivered. Not happy!

Lots of variety, great place for groceries or if you just want a to get something from the restaurant

Love John Eric and Barbie 2 of the nicest people in the world. Also Glen in the deli goes above and beyond to help customers out.

Got salad at salad bar.wasnt very good quality not worth the $12.68 they gouged me for. I wolnt be back.

Always enjoy the various foods to choose from when looking for a bite to eat, and able to grocery shop at the same time.

Huge super market with a lot more. Good place to grab a beer to start to make shopping bearable

Was looking for a common item they used to carry canned ham, found 15 varities of pink canned salmon. Yes 15! For a grocery store as big as this one, zero ham salad at the deli? One would think they were against ham! Not to mention the privileged Mercedes SUV that without a handicapped tag parking in the yellow hashed no parking spot right need to the handicap parking. It's all about you, rich mf, it's all about you!
