Great stay! Exceptionally clean throughout. Front desk staff was helpful when I had forgotten my room key in room. Nice bar in lobby area with TVs that they played TNF on. Drinks were kind of pricey but bartender was a class act

The price for a one night stay was outrageous. There was no free breakfast, coffee service in the room had no creamers, there were no amenities as one would find in a high priced hotel ie; no written binder on what was in the neighborhood on where to eat, visit, etc. Only 2 plastic cups available, no shower caps, sewing kits, or stationary. I couldn't get the internet, I got wifi but, it was useless without the internet. The front desk offered to send the handyman to fix it though. I did decline since it was late in the evening.
This is a great hotel for business conferences, not so great for an overnight visit. I won't be staying here again.

Hands down this is my go-to spot when I come to Cincinnati area, which is rather infrequently. But anyway when I do, this place is always clutch and so happy to accommodate with whatever I’m aiming to get out of my stay. For example, 2 times I asked for a quiet room for my board exams the next day and they always accommodated with ease and I ended up with perfect stay, bottom line perfect service because it’s not like you can book online or your credit card to make your stay whatever it may need to be. So truly these people are very flexible depending on what you need and are very open to work with you, I recommend this hotel! I’ll probably be back at least 2 more times in my foreseeable future. Great staff!

Not a bad experience. Bedroom was a little bare but all the necessities were there. Didn't necessarily care for the heavy sliding glass door for the bathroom but that would be my only complaint. Nice large lobby for gatherings and the banquet room was very nice. Would likely stay here again if the need arose.

Holly was the most unprofessional manager ever. My friend and I showed up for our reservation and we were greeted kindly and I provided my confirmation number, she was able to see the confirmation number but claimed that they had a new system. She then said she was going to get us up into a room and then figure it out. She came up shortly after and told us that she cant find the reservation, i gave her my confirmation number again and the address that we booked at. She told me that is a different hotel but that she will figure it out and transfer the payments over to this hotel and that they ONLY needed $30 for the deposit. I gave her the card for the $30 and then the next day was changed $239.04. I have worked in customer service for 5 years and this is unexcepatbale. I was not told this transaction was going to take place. Holly should not be a manager at this location or any other location of anything. They refuse to refund my money back to me and i strongly feel like Holly should have to pay for my stay.

Super friendly staff. Very consistent stay. They do not have a hot tub in their pool, but the exercise facility is reasonable. Bar on site and coffee available in the morning.

Stayed for 3 nights during a work trip. It had been several years since I had last been there. All of the rooms have been updated and it has a refreshed feel.

If I wasn't overcharged for five items in the hotel's convenient store, I would've given this place all 5 stars. Paying $10 for a pack of M&Ms and also a Snickers is outrageous. Aside from that, though, the hotel was nice and had a really convenient location. I'd definitely stay there again if I needed to. I just wouldn't buy anything from the little shop theu have.

We enjoyed our stay as a matter of fact, we've always stayed in most of the Marriotts whenever we travel. Thus location our room had no good view at all! Our view was a brick wall The mini fridge does not get cool enough, some of our food products melted. The cafeteria looks more like a business center and I did not like having to always ask the front desk for utensils (plastic) nor use the microwave right alongside of the customer service and the small store shop. That was a bad, congestive area, too much traffic. Please consider setting up an open area for things like this for the customers to use freely without feeling bunched in

We've had a better stays at La Quinta, Super 8, Windham, Best Western, Hampton Inn, Hyatt, Comfort Suites, Red Roof Inn, even the Holiday Inn. The "free" WIFI wouldn't connect. $2 for a can of pop at the "convenience" store, $22 for breakfast (go elsewhere for a complimentary buffet), $16 for a drink at the bar, credit card only for EVERYTHING, and so understaffed, the phone at the front desk was only answered about half of the time. 2 full beds, definitely not queen in the double rooms, and no roll-away bed allowed if you have someone tossing and turning because its a "fire hazard" (get a King and pull out sofa room if you suspect you might end up with feet in your back mid-slumber). Only two elevators for this large building, and during whatever large soccer event is going on, the place is COVID-19 central with a full EVERYWHERE (pool, fitness center, dining, common areas). Didn't see signs of sanitizing much of anything as the management doesn't seem to see fit to have enough people working to manage the large group. I suggest you go somewhere else for the typical pleasant hotel experience one would expect for this price level. If you stay closer to Kings Island, you can get a free shuttle to the park to save you the $25 on parking and get a free breakfast and all the stuff most hotels provide for you!

Our room was typical for a Marriott hotel. Nice decor and clean. I requested extra towels prior to arrival and they were waiting in our room. The staff was friendly. Only issue keeping the room from 5 stars, is the mattress wasn't so comfortable.

To say we enjoyed our first stay at the Marriott Cincinnati Northeast would be an understatement. The staff and management went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome. Pasna was so kind and helpful before we even arrived, answering questions and assisting us via the front desk chat line. Once we arrived at the hotel, we met additional kind members of the team. It was a busy weekend, and the hotel had many VIP guests on the premises during our stay, yet we were never made to feel any less valued and respected. My four year old in particular absolutely loved our stay. He hopes to bring his brother with us for a return trip next year. Thank you for making our visit a core memory experience and joyful time for all of us. Forever grateful!

Stayed here for the world ultimate frisbee club championships. The Marriott was so comfortable and accommodating. Amazing hotel, would stay here again with zero hesitation.

We went there for a seminar. We approached the front desk 6/15 approximately 6pm. We ask the two front desk Attendants about where to go for the seminar. The manager was up there. My husband approached her at the counter she never looked up to say anything. The Attendant asked her. She responded I have no idea.really and you the manager. Finally the Attendant come from behind the desk and look it up on the board by the front desk, and direct us. Very poor customer service. No customer service skills at all. The treatment from those two. I would never stay there. The food was okay.

I have never stayed at this hotel yet my corporate account was charged for a one night stay back in May. I have called at least 3 times and I keep being told I will be called by someone in accounting but that never happens. I always try and give people time to right the wrong but this is ridiculous. It's July and I'm still trying to get someone to call me back.

Had the suite and the room was huge and very nice. Room was very clean and entire hotel was clean. Front desk was friendly and we talked to Erica and she was super friendly and very helpful about the surrounding restaurants and things to do. Definitely will be back.

July 21-23,2022. Large hotel, free parking. I agree with other reviewers that it is clean, attractive and maintained…. But there was no coffee. Not a complimentary coffee cart in the lobby, nor a coffee shop, no restaurant for breakfast! I was told restaurant opens at 5: 30PM. What kind of hotel doesn’t have morning coffee available? There was a bakery/coffee/tea shop in the lobby, but it shut down. I paid $600 for two nights and I expected coffee but not anymore, apparently. Front Desk staff told me to walk across the boulevard (cross 8 lanes of traffic) to the Dunkin’ Donuts. With so many other hotels near this one, no need to stay at this place again.

We ended up staying three nights while our power was out at home. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly even when busy. They have an indoor and an outdoor pool which was great. It was also quieter than other hotels I’ve stayed at, I couldn’t hear TVs and people talking when in the halls or in our room. Really impressed!
