Would give 6 stars if we could. We had a fantastic experience with Marshall Flooring. From in-store service to the install team, these guys are pros. We love our new carpeting. Would highly recommend!

Outstanding experience once again! 3 weeks from the day I walked into showroom until carpet installation! The process was seamless in every aspect from selection to installation, ALL SUPERB! Spencer went above & beyond helping make sure I picked exactly the right rugs for my taste. The custom cut rug was so artfully done with such attention to my wishes. It seems so many others have had to sacrifice quality over the past few years, but Marshall keeps raising the bar for perfection, with great value!

I was very pleased with the service I had from my sales man, Banner, to the installers. They were all kind and professional, and did everything they could to make me feel happy about my new carpeting.

I've had hardwood floors and carpeting installed by Marshall Flooring. All the staff, from the sales person Cindy, to the installers, are professional and helpful. The product selection is very good, and Cindy has been extremely helped and engaged in helping me find the correct product. I also bought floor and backsplash tiles from Marshall for my kitchen and bathroom remodel. I'm a very happy customer, and I highly recommend Marshall Flooring.

Being able to see the flooring products you carry, in the rooms of our home, right from your website and then being able to order samples is very cool and helpful.

Sales agent deftly figured out what we wanted even though we weren't sure, ourselves. They don't sneak up the cost (as some do) by offering 'slightly' higher costs for better pads, etc (they only use one, very good pad). They've been in business long enough to know they'll still be there when our next project starts. (First bought from them in 2006).

Marshall Carpet One is the BEST and ONLY place I buy carpet for both commercial and residential applications. Mark & Ryan, along with the entire Wien family and their support staff are second to none!

Marshall has quality products and expert installers. We've had good experiences in past years with a previous home. But this is great If you can afford them. Prices are very high compared with other stores we shopped. Seems they always have a sale but are still more expensive. And when we decided to go with a different company, our salesperson became petty and sent a disparaging email to us.
I don't feel the least bit bad we found similar carpet for quite literally 40% less without the furniture moving and old carpet removal fees that Marshall quoted us.
Update: the owner reached out by phone to apologize for the comments from his sales rep. It felt genuine and I appreciated the phone call
