Department Store Marshalls reviews
18I love Marshall's. The employees are kind and helpful. Only downside right now is inventory is low.
The customer service was excellent and the lines moved extremely fast. Far better than I could ever expect.
Very busy but store still looked great and the line was moving very fast. I love this store. Prices this holiday were great. I did a lot of shopping there.
Clean store with super friendly employees. Every space is crammed with merchandise getting ready for the holidays and lots of good deals are to be found!
1st time visiting. Seem to be a good store to shop. However since it was after the holidays, alot was picked over.
To small and everything is everywhere. The customer service isn't bad, but there is absolutely no space for all the stuff in there and the girls section sucks!
Marshall's is a great an varied store. My one disappointment; the extremely limited selection of larger sizes womens clothing. With a large percentage of the population wearing this range of sizes this is not logical or a good business model. There are dozens of online sites specializing in this size range. I have decided that I will shop with them since I am sure they value my business. I will continue to shop at Marshall's for other things.
I went in a few mins before closing and got in and out. Usually you go there during the day and it's a mad house. My experience with the employees were very pleasant too.
The new layout gives me anxiety! Everything is so close together there's barely enough room to fit the shopping cart through the isles. Makes for a lousy shopping experience
You know Marshalls great prices acceptable wait at the lines courteous sales staff good shopping experience
The store is too packed with merchandise, making it hard to navigate with other shoppers. There was a great selection of items, simply too uncomfortable to shop.
This relatively new store is already slipping into being a mess. Today, the women's shoe area was very empty and shoes were flung all over the place. And while the shoe shelves were bare in some areas, the clearance shoes were piled on top of each other.
Simply not fond of this new Marshalls location though I appreciate the attempt at an upgrade. Doesn't have the feel of a Marshalls store that I like. It's quite dark as far as lighting, more than TJ Maxx, and actually feels much smaller than usual. Will not frequent this location as I would Cleveland Heights or even Mayfield Heights, which stays true to the Marshalls brand I know and love.
I, away enjoy shopping at Marshall's the employees are helpful very courteous it's a good experience.
Great, attentive, and very friendly staff! I accidentally broke a vase and they made me feel alot less embarrassed, and came to help promptly!
I recently visited this location. It was in the process of moving to another location, the Harvard Park Plaza. There was limited merchandise in the store because of this. The cashier and sales associates were very nice and definitely informed me of the new opening date of May 10th for the new location. I will definitely make it to that new location it will be bigger than this current location.
Buyer beware when making a return at this location. Marshall’s customer service was even more of a joke. Manager who I spoke with was rude and hung up the phone one me.
Love the name brand products at great discounts. Felt that they should have had more lines open. Only had 1 open until I asked them to call for assistance.
