8By far the easiest, most efficient and most helpful group of men & women working together to serve our community. Rarely more than 3-4 people waiting in line. The staff is always helpful and goes the extra mile to educate the consumer. Hopefully this review doesn't overwhelm this office with people to get help on a title.but I have to brag on these folks.true professionals.
I stopped in today after going to another BMV location and seeing a huge line even though I had signed in online. I only needed title work, so this was perfect for me. They do not do Drivers Licenses or just tags, but can order if you get title. Molly was amazing and took wonderful care of me. I would and will come back here in the future. Super nice staff and an easy in and out for Title work.
This place is actually quite awesome. I purchased car from dealer out of state and expected a gigantic headache with titling, paying tax and registering. Instead I got everything done there in 15 minutes including transferring plates (no visit to BMV - there should be sixth star for that) and everyone was helpful there.
I had many questions about lien release, title transfer. It was reassuring they did not hurry me along. I'm sure I repeated a few questions. Their patience was wonderful. I enjoyed ending the phone call confident I know everything I need to do before walking into their office. I wish all title offices were this helpful.
They treat you like you are dumb or something. The times that I have been there were bad experiences, workers there seems like they don’t want to do their job. They treat my parents the same when we go there. Other people seemed to be ok but with us is another story.
Good experience. We get the car title replacement ($16), title owner tranferring+ temporary license number less than 15mins + get a new license plate mailed to my house ($99). Very easy process. No wait at all. Thank you for making this complicated process so much easier.
IN AND OUT IN 15 MINUTES! Transferred my title, received a temporary tag, and ordered my plates, which are being mailed to me. Rachel was fast and super friendly.
