I have purchased from MAS on many occasions and the experience has always been top-notch. We recently remodeled a home and I ordered everything I could through them. Outstanding sales and customer service. Keep up the good work!

We purchased all of our appliances (range hood, beverage refrigerator, refrigerator, microwave and stove) through MAS. We had a good experience with Ellen Owen walking us through all of our choices at our price point. She was also very responsive with our emails. Prices where good and delivery times where par for the course. We did have an issue with our first refrigerator we couldn’t get because the manufacturer stopped making them. Then we had a refrigerator we ordered that didn’t fit our space. MAS Charged approximately a $600 restocking fee. We ended up trying a refrigerator from Best Buy (15 day free return policy). Ultimately it didn’t fit our kitchen design and we repurchased from Home Depot which worked out perfectly. All and all a decent experience with a lot of moving parts. Would most likely purchase from them depending on price and delivery times. FYI check delivery and installation fees when purchasing. These are separate costs.

Jake came through for us! Had the Bosch 800 dishwasher in stock with great pricing, I picked it up, had a minor install issue that Capital City Appliance serviced promptly! THANK YOU! Keith from Capital City also many thanks! Great product, great people!

MAS Inc.is primarily a wholesaler to builders and renovation contractors, but they treat the homeowner clients as their ultimate customer as well. We bought a full suite of higher end appliances from MAS through our renovation General Contractor, including Bosch refrigerator and range, KitchenAide dishwasher, and a Sharp built-in drawer microwave. Our refrigerator was delivered in original packaging with dents in two of the doors, and our microwave turned out to have a defective control panel and thermostat and would not heat food or liquids after the first 3 months. In both cases, MAS stepped up immediately after we contacted them to facilitate a resolution with the manufacturers. They got Bosch to send us two new doors for our refrigerator, and arranged for an appliance service company to swap out the old and install the new, all without charge to us. Similarly, they worked with Sharp to arrange for replacement of the defective electronic parts, but when we were advised by Sharp that the parts were on indefinite back order, MAS stepped up again and exchanged a new unit they had in stock for our non-functioning unit in need of replacement parts, so that we now have a fully operational microwave and they will deal with Sharp on the repair of the old one. We paid our General Contractor for the swap out of the non-functioning unit and installation of the new exchange unit, but there was no cost of the exchange itself to us. Throughout both of these problem resolution processes, the MAS representatives we worked with were totally professional and very much end-customer oriented. It just doesn't get any better than MAS. 5 hours to load, very slow workers and they keep telling you almost done. Never come back here.

Poorest service should be your expectation. We were shown a refrigerator in January because ours was not repairable. Salesman claimed he had located our selection and would have it ready in 8-10 days. We hurried a contractor to modify cabinets. Just got another modified ship date of sometime in August. How does the customer hear of these delays? After the most recent delivery date has passed you must call the dealership and get a new expected date.
Customers realize all the supply chain issues with covid but a simple email or phone call cannot be made? Our salesperson said yes he is too busy to do that. Since apparently no product is arriving they are not selling anything so we are confused. Terrible experience.

Remodeled our kitchen and ordered all the appliances from Don at MAS. He was great to work with (during covid.). Due to counter top delays, and cabinet issues we just took delivery of the appliances. The guys who made the delivery were great! Quickly and carefully moved the appliances into our kitchen. Would most definitely use them again.

Bought an item thru purchasing power in which MAS sourced it from tech data UPS label was still on the box. Took a week to receive item and I live 2hours away but worth it since I got the item under retail cost
