I am leaving this five-star review based on my experiences with Dr. Bach. He has been my family doctor for over a decade, and I have never trusted a doctor more than I do him. Through the years as a patient, I have been tolerant of long wait times, inexperienced and/or rude medical assistants, as well as the current nurse practitioner and front office staff because that's how much faith I have in my doctor.

If you read Dr. Bach's background on their website, the information is a true representation of Dr. Bach's conduct as a professional and as a human being. He absolutely provides me with compassion, empathy, dependability, and respect. A relationship with your doctor is a vital partnership. I feel we all need to advocate for our own health to the best of our abilities in addition to medical professionals advocating for, overseeing, and treating our needs as patients. These are the pertinent reasons why I've continued to see Dr. Bach for many years.

The facility is spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. If I had the ability to help change one thing, it would be the administrative operations of the front and back office staff.

Dr Bayomi is a very skilled doctor, but their staff is Horrible. I had billing issues for 2 consecutive years, the lady called Pam or Pat, who works as socalled billing mgr, is never there to talk, never returns any calls, bills wrong codes and you then end up getting collections notices. I will not go to this facility anymore. Hope the doctors could see this review and take action and get rid of incompetent staff.

This office is one of worst with the front office staff! Not friendly at all! I have never seen a Dr.office not try to help the patients needs as much as this office. My Dr.is great, its terrible he has to be represented by the front office staff. Hard to get ahold of and on top of that they seem to careless. No walk in's if your sick- the just don't do that!

Dr. Bach is an awesome doctor, but his staff (front desk) is HORRIBLE. I have had trouble calling in a prescription and finally decided to stop into the office for the prescription. My doctor was out of the office and the staff (front desk) was extremely rude and basically refused to call in my prescription into the pharmacy. She even accused the pharmacy of not calling in my prescription to the doctor. She was so mean and unprofessional that I had to call my insurance to get my prescription refilled while Dr. Bach was out of the office. He is a good doctor, but his administrative staff is the worst that I ever encountered. The process of looking for another doctor is frustrating, but it's worth it to not be subjected to that level of unprofessionalism. Good luck dealing with that front desk.

The visit with Amanda was great, and she was very helpful. However, when I arrived for my appointment to do my initial paperwork the associate working never said “your welcome” or “please” or “thank you”, it was as if I was an inconvenience to help after her lunch break. I then had to interact with the front desk associate again, and when I asked if she could double check the medications that I needed because they were not written down she said “it’s probably xyz” and when I asked again if she could check she said my chart wasn’t done but she was sure it was that. She then with an attitude said “I guess I can check for you” and walked away. The fact that I had to ask 3 times for a medication to be clarified to me, and that she simply did not want to go check and then gave me an attitude was insane. She’s not the doctor and she needs a real lesson on what customer service is. I work in customer service and would be appalled if one of my employees treated a customer or patient this way. Amanda came back out and was super nice and helped clarify what I was asking and ended my experience in a positive way.

Doctor Bach has seen me since I was a child. He is not only there for me as a client but as a person. He really cares about his patients!

I don't understand why the nurse practitioner gets so much hate on here. I've seen Nurse Amanda 5 times now and she has been very good to me, talked me through my issues, and filled all the prescriptions I was looking for. I've had great conversations with her about my treatment. Not once have I felt like she was rude or talking down on me. Literally do not understand the 1 star reviews. She's wonderful and you won't regret seeing her!

I highly recommend the Nurse Practitioner of the group! I've seen her twice now, she is very down to earth, compassionate and takes her time. Great practice!

Had an absolutely horrible experience with the nurse practitioner! She was very rude and laughed at me with an eye roll at everything I said. My fiancé being a new patient was treated the same way. She seemed to not care why either of us came into the office she was more concerned about us leaving than anything! This post is also not going into HIPPA detail of how she pulled a patient chart up on her laptop in front of me. Absolutely do not recommend seeing the nurse practitioner!

Used to be a great place. Dr. Bach would take his time and get to know you. Last two visits have not been with Dr. Bach but another doctor with no warning. Those visit have both been very awkward and uncomfortable and maybe have lasted 2 minutes total each. I don't appreciate being pushed off onto another doctor. Especially one that has made no seffort to even get to know me at base level. If you get Dr. Bach you're in good hands but don't be surprised if one day he just suddenly stops being the doctor you see.

Well, the first time I used this office (not even a year ago) I had about a 45 minute wait before being even taken back. Then an additional 20 to see the nurse practitioner. There was construction and the nurse practitioner expressed how it was her first day at that practice so I was understanding. She then took me back to get blood work, where the professional who draws the blood work rolled her eyes when the nurse practitioner stopped her before she went to lunch to do my blood work first. I could not believe how unprofessional this was, but I ignored it. The following time I went I again had a 40 minute wait before being seen and the nurse practitioner bounced in between my room and another during my visit making my time at the office over 2 hours. The following wait time was another 30 minutes and I was ordered a oral swab Genesight test to make finding a new medication more easy after all my failed attempts. I was promised the test would be 4-6 weeks so I waited. I ended up coming into the office about 8 weeks later for the results and another concern I had. They did not have my results though due to some kind of insurance problem and promised they would get them “soon”. Fast forward to a few weeks ago (the test was done in October, it is now January) I received a letter from Genesight saying my doctor had the results. I decided to call to get the results, but the receptionist told me they did not and that I had to call Genesight to have Genesight fax the results over to Mason Family Medicine. I hesitated, knowing that I would probably not have the power to do so, but called Genesight anyway. Well, I was right. Genesight told me the practitioner had to call Genesight to have the results faxed. I called the receptionist to tell her so and she gave me a rude response and said she would relay the message. No surprise, I never got a call. I made an appointment for today hoping to get my results as well as a resolution for a cold I’ve had since November, but after waiting 50 minutes, seeing other patients come and go, and sick of hearing the receptionists gossip, I walked out. Please, please, just avoid this office to not have the stress of what I had.

Well I’m not sure if anyone else has had issues with medication regarding your pharmacy and prior authorization needed from this doctors office but I have.
I haven’t been able to take my medication that I am suppose to take every day around the same time now for about 5 days all because the pharmacy has needed prior authorization from this office.
I’m not sure what’s the justification here, but when daily medication is required in order for heath reasons, this is unexpected.
I’d think this office and staff would be very than my current doctor but I am starting to second guess. I’d think think that this facility would be a little better based upon the location vs where I was going before. I didn’t expect these issues that I have had here to be happening.
I do not suggest this office!
