The apartments are not bad but the administration is terrible she has very rude girls working two blondes senior administrator they have a terrible relationship they choose people they have favorite residents and if you are a family person and you have children do not rent here.it's not safe here, if you complain to the administrators they will ignore you. Appeal to the management of this company, pay attention to your employees, teach them to be professional. Otherwise, they spoil the image of your company. I have been living here for 4 months now and the key to the pool is not activated for me in any way, I have already contacted the administrator Emily several times, she has a terrible attitude, every time she says come next time.when you come to the office, administrators hide sweets from children, it's so silly.do not believe the good comments, as I was told they here offer a discount for the best comments among the residents

I would like to start by saying I am not one to write reviews. But my boyfriend and I have LOVED living at Mason Grand. From our first tour to now the whole moving process has been a breeze. Our leasing agent Brandy was so nice and made us feel comfortable making this big decision. During our application process we spoke to the manager Cierra and asked her a million questions. She never made us feel like we were being a bother and answered every question we had. Our unit was clean and the office gave us the sweetest move-in gift. (Even our dog got a move-in gift lol!) The girls in the office are what really made us decide to move here. We can’t recommend this place enough.

I so enjoy living here. Wonderful environment to call home. Brandi does a great job managing the place.

I want to start off by saying if I didn't have the girl that toured me I would have probably rented here. I scheduled my tour and arrived on time. My tour lasted 6 minutes from the time I walked through the front door to the time that I was back in my car.

Upon arrival I was barely through the front doors when the tour lady came to me and asked me a few questions and then told me to follow her to the model. During my "tour" I basically toured myself. She opened the 3 bedroom model and I had to then guide myself through the apartment without any direction or guidance from her. Any conversation was from me prying information from her. She didn't show me any of the amenities nor did she even tell me about them. Had I of not done my own research prior I wouldn't have known anything about this community.

Other than my horrible tour, the property is beautiful and the apartment that I saw was spacious.

Been a resident for 5 years now and can honestly say that the complex has lost it's luster in the last couple years. Clubhouse and amenities are good but upkeep on the grounds is spotty at best. Neighbors are mostly friendly. Close to many eatery options and entertainment around the city of Mason, Deerfield Township and the city of Lebanon. We love the location and our specific building but it could be SO much better with a little more attention and TLC.
