Sales person never ordered my preferred gas fireplace shell. Then stuck me with a basic fireplace. He also never told me that the mantle needed stone to cover up metal sleeves holding mantle to the wall. That cost me alot extra. Not impressed how everything went down once it was installed.

I bought a gas fireplace, stone for my fireplace, and pavers for my patio. I love my fireplace. I love my patio. The products and the installers exceeded my expectations. They were extremely knowledgeable and hard working. I highly recommend Mason Steel.

If you're looking for a dependable masonry contractor look no further! My company was in a pinch on a job when we called Dan at Mason Steel to the rescue. We might have gotten lucky on the timing but he had a team out to the job in less than a week to install 2000sqft of cultured stone/brick! Tremendous crew to work with, we will definitely be using them in the future!

First told us the stone selected was a stock item and then it was not when we went to get it. They then brought it in a week or two later which did not really hurt anything. The problem was after saying it was a stock item they never said they do not take stone returns until we tried to return the extra boxes. Through a dozen emails it is never mentioned that they do not take returns. It is mentioned only at the very bottom of the shipping ticket. Kind of hard to manage the masons if your short on stone when they are there, so you have to buy more especially when it is not stocked. Had they said that or stocked the item like they said we could have planned differently. Could have switched to something they stocked then bought less and picked up extra as needed. Good dealing with them.
