Massage Envy, Hilliard OH

Had my first facial, wow. I almost fell asleep. How relaxing can life get? Will definitely be going back!

Great front desk staff! And the best massage therapist I have ever been to works at the Hilliard location; however, I have yet to have any bad experiences with any of the massage therapists here. Consistent quality.

No matter how hard I try, I cannot cancel my membership. Calls, emails, in person visits…always a reason or excuse. Months of BS and still paying. DO NOT give these people your bank or credit card information.

Never had a massage here but looking at a location it truly seems nice and comfortable! I look forward to the day I have a massage here.

So far great feeling emotions (strong energy) being here relaxing thinking only of myself and my well being. No negative thoughts just my own peace beauty and calm.

Super friendly staff and Bryan was AMAZING. 10 out of 10 for him. If you can handle a deep massage, request him.

I was a member of Massage Envy but had to cancel recently due to the financial aspect of the membership. I had sessions left over and was not informed of them having an expiration date until a week before they expired. The staff encouraged me to transfer the credits I was unable to use. After transferring a 90 minute session I was charged $20, I called and the staff told me that this was the transfer fee. I was never informed of this when I was encouraged to transfer my sessions. Massage Envy persuades you to get a membership then doesn’t communicate with their customers and charges for every little thing. I would not recommend this franchise.

Robert is an excellent masseuse! Clean, staff was pleasant and tranquility waiting room is very relaxing. Would visit again.

Charged my grandmother for a year of massages and when she finally canceled as covid prevented her from going, instead of allowing her to use the massages she paid for once she gets vaccinated, they took her money and aren’t letting her use the massages she paid for.

I gave them 5 stars just 7 months ago, but they have really went down hill. I have had 3 of my last 4 visits cancelled less than 2 hours before my scheduled visit. I can understand once, but three times in a 2 month period is totally unacceptable.

They charge your account if you cancel less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, but don't think twice about cancelling on you less than two hours before you're scheduled.

I will never visit the Hilliard location again. Their service has turned out to be absolutely horrible. In a time when a business should be going all out in order to gain customers back, this location is going in the wrong direction.

My first massage ever! I had a Male therapist. I learned almost half way through an hour massage that he was a deep massage therapist.this was after he was massaging my right upper back and shoulder and I felt a lot of pain. He did let up the pressure but it has been 2 days and it's still very painful! I told him before he started that I had never had a massage and I didn't know how to answer his questions before he started. I didn't know how a light or medium or deep massage was but I certainly know now! I wish I was given the choice to choose when I made the appointment because not knowing I would have chosen a light pressure therapist for my first time and maybe avoided all this pain!

DO NOT TRY TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE. IT TAKES YOU AROUND AND AROUND AND AROUND AND YOU'LL GET SO FRUSTRATED YOU'LL JUST GIVE UP.
