Massage Envy - Fairlawn reviews
25 Massage Envy is a great, relaxing place to be. I enjoy everyone at the front desk. Every therapist has been wonderful. In regards to the "one hour massage" I have always been told it was a 1 hour session. The first 5 minutes is talking to your tharipist and getting undressed and the last 5 minutes for re-dressing. You must have herd it wrong. I would recomend Massage Envy to anyone who is looking to get massage regularly at an affordable rate.

The messages are usually good but the people who work at the frond desk leave a lot to be desired. I always feel like they are trying too hard to up sell me and often I'll make an appointment and get a call later to change it because they made some mistake. I also find it annoying that they call it a one hour message but it's really only 50 minutes. All in all I have been satisfied, but it wasn't a "wow" experience.
These people are thieves. While getting a massage, my grandmother's priceless gold necklace was taken off of me. I returned to pick up my necklace and nobody knew where it was and I was told it was my fault. How many patrons do these people steal from? This is terrible. My grandmother died and this was all I had to remember her by. I am apalled. This is sickening. No compassuon at all. I was treated like scum and told it was my fault.

This place is always clean the front desk people are always friendly. I have been a member here since it opened 3 yrs ago the therapists here are very skilled, well educated & totally professional and know exactly what they are doing. You cannot not beat the membership prices its well worth it! A great place to get a great massage! <br/>
