Massage Envy, Strongsville OH

Normally pretty good, but the most recent time they booked me the wrong pressure, and didn't offer any sort of compensation for the mistake.

I had an appointment in March, they introduced me to the monthly program and stated all the details, which seemed easy enough. For the last several months I have received and communication from them about my month payment until last week on Tuesday. I finally received an email stating that my payment had an issue. After that was I was charged almost $200 at one time. When I called to speak with the “billing specialist” she advised she “didn’t know what issue was but my phone number was one digit off” I asked why there were no previous emails she had no answer. So apparently the “billing specialist/location manager” in incompetent and can’t answer questions on my they didn’t correspond previous about billing issues and thinks it is ok to allow the system to stack payments until they are successful. My card has no previous payment attempts from them at all over the last few months.

I have been getting facials for a long time and I have never been so welcomed and informed than I was with Lulia. She is awesome and amazing and there is no other words to describe her! She gave me some amazing advice that other estheticians I have had in the past did not bother with and she was so personable! I didn’t even mention how great and relaxing my facial was! I live 40 min away and I will for sure be making the drive every month to see her from now on!

Just had a facial with Iulia last week and was an awesome experience, she is very friendly and has a very nice personality, thank you Iulia! She did an amazing job but she also made me feel very comfortable and explain the process since it was my first facial. I will definitely be back…. Soon!

I made a appointment online and I called the place and a girl answered I told her how I had a appointment at 1045 and I was calling to ask where it was located and she wouldn’t tell me where it was located then she told me I didn’t have a appointment. She was very rude for absolutely no reason.

I tried to make an appointment for my husband’s birthday. The Receptionist who sounded like an African American was very rude. She did not explain me anything about deep tissue massage that i wanted to schedule. She kept saying what? What you mean? Give me your card number! Kept rushing me! In a very rude voice! Like no customer service manners! There cancelation policy sucks as well! You can’t even switch to another location without them charging you fee!
Will not schedule with this company again or recommend any one!

My husband Cristian signed me up with Massage Envy and I have been a client for almost 2 years now. While I do not really go for massages, I am a die-hard facial client.
Iulia is absolutely amazing!
Every time I visit, she does not offer an appointment, but a true experience!
Over time, my complexion improved sooooo much, and I am so happy with the way I feel with her treatments and the products she is recommending, that I would not think of recommending anyone else. She never delivers the "conveyor belt" type service, but always assesses outcome, changes and current condition before discussing AND explaining what she would recommend next and why. The level of confidence she inspires, coupled with the visibly progressive results, are certainly proof enough of an exceptional expertise and talent! Her kind, warm and happy personality makes everyone feel at ease every time!

Also kudos to the front desk staff! Always courteous, polite and ready to answer questions.

Lisa did my massage. First massage ever! She did an Amazing and thoural job. She made sure that I was comfortable and understood the process along the way and truly cared about my ending comfort. This was a great experience

My massage with Pam was the best ever. I have had Back Massages in the past, but my massage with Pam was definitely the very best. You have to try Massage Envy and I guarantee you will not go any where else.

My massage therapist Ron is a professional. I come in with my back in knots and leave feeling good.

The massage was wonderful. I had no problem with that. The cost is ridiculous, unless you join their club. I shouldn’t have to join a club to get a decent price on a massage.

Megan is my go to! I always have a nice experience here. The staff are incredibly friendly.

Thanks to Jessica, my head and neck feel so much better! Not only did she focus on the areas I told her were giving me trouble, but she also did a full massage that left me feeling calm and invigorated. Best 90 minutes of my month!

The front staff made me feel like I was one of their own. Management is top notch. Rose is a magician with what she did to help my back. 10/10 would come here again

Rose is always amazing. She does such a great job and is always super kind. She's a great therapist and I always look forward to seeing her and the rest of the super awesome therapists and staff.

It was ok.not really sure how I went into the back room at 1: 02 and my hour massage was done at 1: 48. I also told the lady in front to tip 15% of my bill was 91 dollars and she put a tip of 20 dollars which is more than 15%. So I got ripped off almost 8 bucks. Not to mention the pressure you give to join the massage program is overwhelming

ROSE was amazing. I felt so much better when I left. And she was filled with great info. I appreciated her knowledge.
