Massey's Pizza, Columbus OH

The Staff was most courteous to me and my brother (main reason for five stars!). The food was tasty and enjoyed the mozzarella sticks very much. The resturant was clean. All in a good experience.

Massey’s has been my favorite pizza in Columbus for 35 years. This was the first time I ordered from this location and it will be the last. My $25 pizza had very few toppings, not what Massey’s has always been known for almost no sauce. We didn’t even eat the leftovers. Most of the pizza got thrown away a couple days later. Very disappointing.

Very delicious pizzas. Lots of veggie options. Service was excellent. I would definitely visit again.

I recently ordered a deep-dish pizza and it was absolutely incredible. The crust was perfectly golden and buttery, the cheese was gooey and melted to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. I could tell they used high-quality ingredients, and it made all the difference.

Speaking of pizza, their pies are absolute perfection. We ordered the Supreme Pizza, Chicken Cheddar Bacon Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza and it was pure magic. The crust was a delightful balance of crispy and chewy, the sauce was bright and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and generous. Each bite was a symphony of textures and tastes - truly a pizza lover's dream come true!

The wings that we bought wher not cooked at all had no bread on the wings and they had juice all over they wanted to give us a $10 store credit and they wings where not cooked and not eatable at all

Just took home a pizza from there. I got to the store early, and was surprised that my pizza was ready.took it home, 1/4 mile, and discovered that I bought an old order for them.i got a cold pizza.last time for me

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Massey's Pizza at Beechcroft center, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal with friends or a family night out. What truly stole the show, though, was the incredible pizza and exceptional customer service.

BEWARE If you are getting delivery, you are better off using Door Dash. This location is under new management and they have NOT figured out how to do delivery. When I called they quoted me a time of 45 minutes to an hour. TWO HOURS and follow up phone call later the pizza was delivered.
In speaking with the driver, he said they were unexpectedly busy. They should have Googled busy days for pizza. Christmas time is ALWAYS busy.
He also said the pizza was hot as it ". Just came out of the oven. " I suggest they also learn how to turn the ovens on.

If you're a pizza enthusiast in Columbus, Massey's Pizza 161 is an absolute must-visit! My recent experience there left me thoroughly impressed.

I'm a regular customer. Any time i ordered from there, they always
gave me their hand-tossed crust. I ordered 2 large BYO pizzas tonight and they gave me their thin & crispy crust. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed with the food tonight.

Owners will go out of their way to ensure quality food is delivered and take immense pride in their business.

I don't like the idea of an individual placing my food on the ground. Especially considering the delivery driver takes their time letting us know when the food was actually delivered. Covid protocols have been over for quite some time, and if your employees feel that they are at risk they need to wear a mask and knock on the door. Many other companies have adjusted to this, you guys are very popular so I suggest that you do the same, it will be advantageous for you all, otherwise you will continue to get negative reviews like the one I've just posted.

They will give you a ton of pepperonis which if you're a pepperoni person it's really good. They also have a cauliflower crust and now they're doing new wing sauces. They also deliver. They have pickup specials large for 17.99 large one item pizza. They also do subs and salads. They're okay about average par for the course You can dine in at this one. It's just small area but you can dine in. If you're in a large group you probably won't have a lot of space

This is my second time trying Masseys and first time at this location. My sub wasn't hot when I got it home (about 10min drive). The onions didn't look cooked so i ended up picking them off. The sausage was good and the pepperoni had a kick which was nice. My mozzarella sticks had to be reheated because they were ice cold. Unfortunately that just made them soggy and I lost most of the cheese. Overall could have been better. The silver lining was the workers were nice and friendly. I think if they had more help, this location could be great
