The staff and the Drs are very nice. I have had no problems with them at all. Would recommend them to anyone

Long time patient here. This place has gone way down hill the past couple of years. No one answers the phone or returns messages. When I had to have an x-ray and an ultra sound for a serious issue I was having, no one would call me with the results. After calling for multiple days in a row, the person who answers the phone gave me my diagnosis. She couldn't answer any of my questions because she is not a medical professional. She said no one was available to answer my questions nor did anyone call me back to answer them. The next time I was in the office, they left me in a room so long that they forgot about me and were getting ready to close. The nurse apologized but the ladies at the front desk thought it was funny to waste my time and be treated as though I didn't matter. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I can see why all the doctors left this practice.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Michelle at the front desk was rude to not only me, but the gentleman in line before me. It baffles me that this woman is getting paid to speak to patients and is equipped with no skills to do so. I was interrupted multiple times during our 5-minute interaction, as was the man in front of me. I was told that their phones were down and will be down for a month (not sure how a doctors office operates without working phones) yet I was interrupted by Michelle answering the phone mid conversation. I will not be returning to this office, and I pity anyone who has an encounter with Michelle in the future.

I have been going to see Dr. Falvo-Lang for many years. She always listens to me, doesn't rush me, and helps me with everything I need to keep me healthy!

Been going here a few years. Love the staff and Dr. Jessica Lang. She has been great to me, and helped me get on right meds for my anxiety and ADHD. This place is worth it.

Have always gone here since i was young.loved it wouldn’t change it up.but after today i will NEVER step foot in here.the receptionist was the only nice person there.i have never felt so unheard before.my reason of going was medication refills.but had some other health questions.after going through the refills.she then preceded to tell me i will have to schedule another appointment for annual physical and go over my questions.because her next patient had already been waiting.she didn’t even care to ask and see the importance in my medical questions. NEVER GOING back and have to now schedule somewhere else around my busy work schedule.

The staff here is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. While they do have issues sending prescriptions to online pharmacies like ExpressScripts and their phone line is occupied more often than not, visiting in-person has worked every time to resolve these problems.

I would like to comment on a recent encounter with Community Health Care, which resulted in my being terminated from the practice. I feel I was treated dismissively and without regard to my health. I suffered a severe UTI (confirmed by excellent staff at Aultman Urgent Care at Washington Square). It came on quickly at the end of the day and I called Community Health Care as soon as I realized something was wrong. I was familiar with the symptoms from previous instances and knew what it was, and that it was severe. In older people UTIs can become so serious that they damage the kidneys or mimic dementia. The person who answered the phone refused to provide a prescription, but offered an appointment the following day. I became irate, because I was in pain and it seemed like just another case of medical CYA. I sought care at Aultman, who confirmed the extent of the infection, and was prescribed an antibiotic. I have been part of this practice for probably at least 10 years, and never had any problems with my physician or PA, in fact had cordial relationships. It may be no loss, however, because some of the physicians are just plain incompetent. Before my current physician at CHC, I went to a different location. The physician there didn't bother to look at my chart and dismissed an abnormal EKG without looking at my history. I have a brain, and therefore deduced that since my mother died at 50 and her father at 60 of a heart attack, there might be something going on. The Cleveland Clinic confirmed hypertropic cardiomyopathy. I also feel that this clinic system treated my previous doctor, Carmen Elizabeth Soto, so shabbily that she stopped practicing. It was a terrible loss to the profession, one of the greatest physicians ever.
