Nick Cooper of MasterRoof Contracting did some repairs to my siding and shutters caused by wind damage. Nick was very professional, his quote was reasonable and did the repair work in a timely manner. I would use Nick Cooper again if needed. I would highly recommend Nick and his company.

Former contractor myself and I absolutely cannot stand dealing with most contractors in today's world. Half do not show up and if they do its usually a constant battle. I rarely leave reviews, but MasterRoof exceeded my expectations. Their sales rep Sam was punctual, and communication between Sam, one of the owners and myself was strong during the entire process. Their crew was punctual, polite and efficient. I have been very happy with the entire process and would definitely recommend them!

We had to get a couple of items repaired and installed after moving into our new house. MasterRoof was communicative and professional throughout the entire process. Derek came out to install an attic vent, install a chimney cap, and some other small roof repairs. He was on time, professional, and provided all the information we needed. We definitely plan to use MasterRoof again for future projects.

Nick was around the neighborhood doing roof assessments and asked if he could inspect my roof (I actually HATE for to door advertising) and said “there is definitely some minor damage and we can try to do an insurance claim” I wanted to wait till there was specific damage and at no time did he try to pressure me, he gave me his contact information and left. Fast forward about 4 months and wind took some shingles off. Now because he was “no pressure” I reached out and so glad I did. Nick and MasterRoof were fantastic. Fast, professional, handled all insurance nuisances, the cleanup was way better than I expected (especially when you hear horror stories about nails being left everywhere) I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I needed the flashing at the base of my electrical mast replaced. I reached out to owner JIM LEE and he called me within an hour. Later that same day he came out and assessed the situation. He immediately placed my project on the schedule. NICK COOPER was the technician who came out (on a quite cool and drizzly early December day) and executed the excellent repair. He even went ahead and took care of some other issues he discovered while he was up on the roof.

I recently had NICK back to take a look at a possible issue with my gutter/soffit/fascia. He was able to assess the structures
and gave it an all-clear. He then went above-and-beyond the scope of the call by going into my cold, dark attic and adjusted the soffit baffle and insulation in a problem-area (he also gave me further suggestions to fully-address the problem in that area). Thanks, NICK!

btw— MASTER ROOF CONTRACTING did a FULL roof replacement for my across-the-street-neighbor. I was able to observe the professional, well-coordinated, and industrious team in action. Work site was left spotless. And the roof is beautiful.

Can't say enough about MasterRoof Contracting, they were very professional, did a fabulous job and worked with the insurance company so I didn't have to. After completion, they cleaned up everything - down to the last nail. My sales person, Derek was right on the mark! He was just a phone call away whenever I had any questions. My new roof was installed just before the Christmas holiday and they even went above and beyond to shelter my decorations from any harm. I would totally recommend them for your next roofing problems! MasterRoof answered our call right away. The owners were friendly, professional and prompt. Not only do we have a beautiful roof but they were able fix some issues from the prior roof and get to us quickly and with excellent personal service. They also came as soon as I called to checked that same roof after a tornado came through to inspect for damage.
Additionally, we recently had an emergency fix that needed to be done on another home and a quick call to Jim got it taken care of. We are getting ready to move and there is no question that MasterRoof will be there for us if we need anything in the future.

Everyone at Masterroof is PHENOMENAL! Konrad was there for me from day one all the way thru to the end. I'd never had a roof replaced so I had no idea what to expect. Konrad went above and beyond, fighting with my insurance company to get them to pay for everything. I LOVE it, it's BEAUTIFUL! The crew that came out to the house did a fantastic job, they were punctual and they were done quickly. Had a couple shingles blown off my roof. Derek and his crew were at a neighbors and I asked them to look at my roof when they were done. They fixed my shingles for free, gave me a quick evaluation of my 18 year old roof. They were very professional and knowledgeable. When it's time for a new roof in a few years, I will definitely hire these guys. I trust them!

My husband and I just moved into a new house and needed to get a roof repair. Nick and Derik came out for a quote and ended up taking our satellite dishes down since I thought they were an eye sore, totally free of charge. I told them to leave the base of the satellite but it was so nice of them to take time out of their day to go that extra mile. They were friendly and willing to help no matter what it took. These are the type of guys you want working on your house. The kind that aren’t afraid to sweat a little and do more than what’s asked of them. Very impressed. We had a leak issue in our house last night and I submitted an online request for a quote. I didn't expect to hear back right away since it was after hours but within minutes, Walker called to find out how urgent of a problem it was and scheduled a visit. He was at my house the very next morning with two other co-workers and helped identify the problem. Although our problem ended up being with plumbing instead of roofing, all 3 guys provided great service, great advice, and were very kind and professional. They went above and beyond what I expected. Although I did not need their services after all, I can say that if their end product is anything like their customer service, it's top notch. I will call them first in the future for any roofing needs.

Very honest, straight to the point, and quality. Once agreed upon quoted price, Roman mentioned that not all supplies were used and deducted $300+ off of the invoice. I feel that there is small group of individuals who would do this and I appreciate that greatly!
