They were very thorough and committed to solving all my repair needs on a 14 year old Audi A6. It has been a week since the repairs and my car is in great condition. Their customer service is great!

There replaced my transmission in my kia sportage under 2nd warranty, the warranty people were trying to put a used transmission in my car, even though my warranty covers a rebuilt unit these guys wouldn't let that happen, they took great care of my car went above and beyond they stayed late to get my car ready quickly and back on the road. Care service here they will be my primary place I call first. And I'm a stickler on who works on my vehicles! Thanks so much

I was quoted 185 to 200. Charged my gra daughter 230. Think they overcharged her because she was only 18. Would have given 5 stars other wise

I had my car towed to Masterworks and they looked at it within a couple hours. Communicated throughout the day what was going on and got my car back the same day. Fairly priced, highly recommend.

My truck wipers stopped working with all the heavy snow. They replaced wiper motor and transmission quickly and a very fair price. I would definitely recommend. 5 stars

Mastworks Auto has been a truly amazing Auto repair shop. We have since moved from the area and will not be able to use the shop. They have serviced both of our older cars with care and honestly. They would provide honest recommendations of what needs to be fixed and what can wait. Their service culminated when, the day prior to our move, our muffle fell off. Masterworks got us in and fixed the problem ASAP. They are amazing. I recommend them to everyone.

I was very nervous about finding a mechanic to fix my brakes. Being a woman, I often feel that I am duped and overcharged when it comes to car repairs. However, Masterwork was great. They took care of my repairs, and me, with promptness and professionalism. I felt that I could trust them and not have to worry. I will definitely go back.

Any questions I had were answered honestly. Once the guys discovered what needed to be repaired on my vehicle I was contacted immediately & provided options on how my repairs could be done. Great service! They fixed my cigarette lighter and the fuse the blew as a walk -in and then didn't charge me since it was my first time there. Wow!:)

Great guys and excellent service! I drove into Cleveland from Chicago and my car was making an awful noise. I asked Reilly Properties (my landlord) for an auto shop recommendation and they recommended MasterWorks Automative. Baruch and his team were able to quickly identify and fix the problem for a reasonable price. I took it back 2 days later with another funny sound, and they quickly found the source - a plugged drain - and fixed that for free. I asked their opinion about another subject and they took the time to review my extended service contract and recommended that I go to a dealer, as it should be covered. Thanks guys!

Boruch is knowledgeable, fair, and does fantastic work leaving me feeling confident and learning more about my car every visit. Multiple times ive come with concerns about repairs I thought would need immediate attention: this shop has never made me feel rushed to jump the gun on a repair, guilty about deciding to wait, or fearful that im making the wrong decision. Great place to have your car checked! And to get your oil change!

I initially brought my car thinking that I had a major oil leak. But once they inspected it they told me that the previous person who changed my oil did not do a great job. Overall, they are reliable and trustworthy people!

The team at MasterWorks is a breath of fresh air in a world full of high costs, poor workmanship and poor customer support. Baruch readily understood the problem (broken front spring on a Volkswagen EOS), gave us a reasonable quote (versus the dealer) and had the repairs completed in a timely manner. Hopefully, I won't need car repair soon, but if I do, I'll return to MasterWorks. Support your local business!

Baruch is honest and trustworthy. He always helped me diagnose and fix whatever might be going on. He has a very dedicated and knowledgeable staff. A very good choice. Strongly recommended.

Amazing place. Had my car diagnosed for AC repair and he gave me a far lower quote than Kia did and worked with me through all the part ordering fiasco we had to go through and eventually helped me get it fixed with a patch because waiting on back ordered part took too long. But very honest and won't try to scam you. And for now they have free rentals when available while car is being repaired!
