Mastin Septic and Well Service, Whitehouse OH

I called yesterday (1/12/2021) to get some prices on emptying our septic tank and they gave more information than other company’s, which was greatly appreciated because we just bought the house a year ago. Came out the NEXT DAY! The man was very nice and very professional! He was upfront and honest about what he was going to do! Will recommend and will be using again when needed.

Not happy at all. After dishing out $800, still had sewer backups. They failed to check another area outside. We called them back and they never returned call. Had to get another company out and dish out several hundred more dollars. The other company found the problem.

Worst service around. Can't diagnose a well problem. Parts replacers. No call backs. Don't use!?

Mastin was wonderful from start to finish. I started with an inspection that was conducted on the date and time promised. Cody was able to come back to the property later in the day to get additional information for a thorough review, and then provided very detailed and understandable assessment. A quote was provided for work needed.

Having never dealt with a home septic system before, Cody answered all my questions and gave worthwhile, professional, and honest advice for potential services required and future maintenance and upkeep.
