Mathews Honda Marion

As a long time family customer of Mathews Honda in Marion, I have always been steered in the right direction. James Adams (jd) has helped me with not 1 but 2 vehicle purchases over the last 10 years and has been nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and so kind.

James is a rock star. Super friendly, a real customer service oriented guy. I literally have never had a sales person as good as him. He answered all questions quickly and the ones he didn't know - because we all don't know stuff - he got me an answer for immediately. He has a good sense of humor and I really enjoyed meeting him - buying a sweet car from him was just the icing on the cake.

Logan Verity was amazing! Very thorough and I felt comfortable and not pressured in the least. We took a drive together and he explained so many of the amenities on my new CRV. Thank you to Brady Parker as well! The paperwork and explanations were painless!

Ross the manger is an idiot dude is clueless on how to be a manager and run a good business that puts there customers first not the money.
Update: I’ve had my my Honda for 5 months after buying it used with 50xxx miles. I’ve now spent over 3k on repairs 15k total in 6 months. So if you guys want to waste money this is the dealership to do so!

Drove two hours to look at a specific vehicle (Honda Si), which was the "mid-priced" option of the cars I was looking at. As I was getting into the car for the test drive, manager says, "oh yeah, I forgot to tell you about the market adjustment charge. " (For a Honda Civic? !?). I ended up buying a different model from a different dealership. With the upcharge, the Honda ended up being both the most basic and most expensive of all the cars I considered.
