Matrix Trade Institute, Beachwood OH

Matrix Trade Institute Is by far the best decision I have ever made. Made some friends during my 5 months attending here and the instructors and staff are really helpful and cool people. They look forward into helping you and making sure they try to get you to where you want to be. I have 10 more days left until I Graduate and I can honestly say it’s been a wonderful experience I’m currently on the automotive side give me about a year or two and I will definitely come back to do collision.

This has been a great experience going through Matrix Trade Institute. Has been very knowledgeable with some of the best instructors I've ever worked with. Being a older student didn't put any limits on me. Trying to succeed with an advanced class. With no books doing 80% hands on in a Shop with Real cars.everything else on a Laptop. If your looking to make a change in Careers or want to become a technician this is a School to do it.

This trade school was the best decision of my life. A good alternative from collage. Greg and Heaven will greet you with a happy smile when you walk through the doors. The instructors Terence, Josh, Phil, Jim, and Rick know their stuff. I love how hands on this program is, instructors are super helpful and will work with your pace. I want to some back and do the collision course in the future.

These people are fraudulent! Don’t believe a word they say to you! All they’re gonna do is cheat you out of your hard earned money. They will put you in debt with a credit company and teach you nothing about the trade you just paid for! They don’t even teach you the basics of collision repair or auto mechanic repair correctly! Matrix Trade Institute Definitely, a name you cannot trust!

I went in as a student, and left as a technician. They gave me a second chance and now I’m able to move on to even better things with my life

Best school ever with amazing teachers that knows their craft. I wouldn’t have wanted to go to at other school outside of this one an amazing team to make sure you are well prepared for your career

10/10 school. Mostly hands on school with amazing instructors and even better advisors. You even get tools to help start your beginning journey in the automotive field.

I want to start off by saying this is probably the best experience I have ever had in my life, the environment of the school was always clean and put together and I really got to learn new things everyday by being here, I want to thank Phil Foltz for not only setting my off on my own to figure out problems but a lot being a wonderful instructor and I want to tank Greg Kozarik for helping me achieve my goals and get in contact with the job I truly wanted. If your not afraid to work through problems, bust your knuckles up on some cars and truly learn about the automotive industry, then there shouldn’t be much stopping you from coming here!

Great place to learn! Lots of hands on experience! All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and willing to teach. Had a wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone looking to start or further their skills.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Metrics Trade Institution. I took the four day boot camp for service advisors. My instructor, Rick Dattilo is professional, full of knowledge, and is very interactive with his students. Rick and the students at the institution were able to diagnose an issue thst I have been having with my car for a very long time, and haven't been able to find! I am already making more money by applying the techniques that I learned during my training. This class is good for 1st time advisors, as well as advisors that my need to refine their skills.

Matrix Trade Institute’s Service Advisor Training truly has been a fantastic experience. Throughout roleplaying customer interactions, how to better up sell, technical understanding and much more!

Definitely not worth the price! Learned everything here that I could’ve just jumping into the automotive industry. Instructors were great but job placement and tuition reimbursement was a lie. No place that I interviewed with knew that tuition reimbursement was a thing and I found the job I asked for by going there myself and speaking with them. The certificates you get here don’t actually matter. They are advertised as ASEs but don’t actually count towards the real ones.

I am extremely thankful for my employer to send me to matrix for training to advance me in the career. I was sent to the HVAC 4 day bootcamp. I have been in automotive for just under 3 years and topics that I thought I had a good understanding of blew my mind from how much I didn't know or fully understand. Classes are very thorough and being able to be hands on in the shop to actually work on the cars was always a good time and helpful. Matrix has a great team and amazing teachers. Thank you guys for an amazing experience and hope to see you again soon.

"My experience at Matrix Trade Institute was disappointing. Despite their promises of tuition reimbursement and job placement, these were far from the truth. I had to find my own job after completing the program, and the job placement support was lackluster at best. Additionally, I noticed that other classes were learning about things that I did not get to participate in at all, which was frustrating.

The tuition reimbursement program that they advertise is a lie, and the ASE tests they provide are not real ASE tests but only "student" ASE test that do NOT count towards any part of the automotive industry. If you are looking for a career in the automotive industry, it is better to find a lube tech job at any dealership, where you can learn the same material for free while making money. Overall, I would not recommend Matrix Trade Institute to anyone looking for a quality education in the automotive industry.

Best trade school, the 20 weeks program is great. The instructors are wonderful, they make sure everyone understand the theory and the practice before going to the next module. After the program they make sure you find a work place to start working immediately. Great place to learn

I was a student at matrix my instructors were josh and amanda. Great instructors great people and a super fun comfortable place to go to. Everyday i felt as if i was at home and my questions were always answered and easy to understand. Greg was a big help and got me a job as a full time tech at a dealership. He helped me through school and pushed me a lot. Recommend this school to anyone who is trying to pursue their automotive career. Also cant forget ab the tools you get when you graduate very high quality and reliable tools. Torque wrenches impacts sockets tire pressure gauges etc…
