I was told my car would washed and vaccinated. No vacuum done and the car had mineral spots all over it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I only took my car to the maintenance shop because it was close to where my car was broken down. I should have paid more to have it towed to Voss Honda. Not only did Castrucci give me a vague answer about when my car would be fixed because of a part they weren’t sure about, but Brad has ignored my 6 phone messages for the past 3 weeks. Now I wish I would have paid more to have it towed to a dealership worth my time and money.

I had a routine maintenance but also needed back brake pads and rotors.was done in a timely manner.

Ronnie was super helpful and honest with a capital H. I couldn’t ask for a better car buying experience. This Honda dealership was extremely professional and detailed. I highly recommend Matt Castrucci Honda and Ronnie Cain as your salesman!
