Wish all shipper's were this good!
Arrived 5 hours early. They let us check in and wait on their property for a door. When we did get a door, we were unloaded in 20 minutes.
Excellent customer service, excellent signage.
Might be the best shipper out of my 3 years of reefer work.

Should not be allowed to block the road with a stopped train. What if there was a ambulance rushing to the hospital and this was going on.

Unfortunately 5 stars is allowed on this, I would give them 100 stars. Very friendly, professional, polite service, and in and out in 1 hour. They should open a school to teach other shippers/recievers on how to treat others. Will happily go back anytime!
10 hours to get loaded first time here last time here, stay away from this place, i warning you
10 stars. The people in the office are nice as hell. 20 mins to load 21 pallets. Overnight parking as well. Location right off of I 70. Arrived 15 mins early and got a dock immediately.
Arrived on Friday at 830pm. Checked in within 10 mins and sent straight to a dock. Loaded within 25 mins. Friendly staff. Plenty of room to maneuver. Easy in and out.
There I no union there and they will try to cut you back on hourly pay from what you originally hired in for over time and cut hours each week back to 28 to 32 hours if you're lucky.
